This is what i mean when i'm talking about low IQ..... I'm engaged in forums western forums debating all kind of topics and i'm always amased at how advanced europeans are able to bring across their points through long texts explaining, but rarely can i find it in African forums such as nairaland when i try engaging with people. If i write nonsense i have no problem you telling me so but explain throughly why its nonsense and break it down. These are the normal replies from nairaland, deep analyzis, no critical thinking or anything. I believe that is one of the limitations of low IQ, because again, IQ determines how successful you are going to be and for this you need to have the ability to make deep evaluations which lacks alot in nairaland.

Only US, Germany, India, China, Russia are the countries have the Companies/Design Consultant Firms capable to Plan, Design and Construct a Complex projects like that. They got the contract, once finished and commissioned its Dangotes property to operate.

check how much has been spent on the military in the last 20years through grants and personal government spending then come back let's talk. The 2billion is for the normal military spending + all other grants and government spending its way more than $3billion a year. Compare the Nigeria military inventory (weapons) to that of kenya. Then you d know kenya has a useless military with Ankara material uniform. The only good I see there is your air calvary ( I know you don't know about that)
