Agba is an old head in this game so no need bashing him IMO. 2022-2023 here, UBA was trading between ₦7 and ₦8! The likes of agba and some others said the earnings were audio earnings and discouraged people from buying.

It is currently trading Below ₦500, remember that the purpose of buying companies like Aradel is mostly because you expect them to make a lot more profits in the future than they make today. Today the profit is around 50 bucks, in the future it could grow to 100 or 200, now imagine investing 500 today and in the future(5-10 years from now), that investment is returning 200 every year.

I don't have strength for further talk on this matter. The baby drill is not about crashing oil price.It is about those oil companies coming back to business because of all that lies about fossil fuel and moving to environmental friendly energy.
Many sahel oil companies will close shop if oil drops below #50 dollars and trump will not want that to happen. And if those companies shut down trump will be at the mercy of opec to take price high.And don't forget Russia is beginning to align with opec this days.Those oil companies survival and back to operation is very important to trump . That said oil is not going below #50 dollars anytime soon.

During one of Trumps campaign, he said the way to bring the price of EVERYTHING down is by slashing energy cost in half. His plan is to drop energy cost by 50%. How do you thing he will achieve this? Remember his first term? Crude futures contract got so bad, it was briefly in the negative. If Trump is going to keep his campaign promise of dropping energy prices, crude will have to come down. Imo, there is no other way around this

With this there is a very high probability that the corporate bond will be liquidated between 3 and 4 years

Honestly I can't give someone my #5m to return #15,500,000m to me in 7 years. Not even CBN can project Naira's value over the next 7 years, so I can't trust the Naira that much.
The interest rate is almost same as Federal government bond which I can collect the interest instantly and use it for another business and then collect my capital at the end of one year.

So the best thing to buy now as you recommended is PRESCO's shares because they will be making a lot of profit in the coming years by borrowing Naira to do export business.
Note that if they float the same bond at same rate in USD I will invest Wella.
Just my personal opinion though.

Float USD bond @23%+ Even feds that can print unlimited $$ cannot do such, if they did I would sell everything and everybody in my household and invest everything

New ones off Turnbull N850m minimum for semi detached. 3 bedroom flat in ikoyi already going for N400m. Overall will the investment in the US property be more profitable in terms of rental income and in view of mortgage by a us lender. You seem now to be saying it is more reasonable to get over 20% interest loan in Nigeria than get mortgage from US. There's no broker's fee payable by buyer for this property in USA. The CEO of the developers is a lawyer in the US and you have no idea the concessions he might be prepared to give on the legal documentation costs. I'm not forcing anyone but the eagerness to condemn based on subjective reasoning and without being fully seised of the facts is unfortunate. Shalom
