CrimeRe: Crazy Real Life robberies /Crime Stories by adetunrayo(f): 10:22am On Jun 15, 2012
mine was a day i closed late in the office around 9pm at Acme Road.Just beside the office building, these guys came on bike and stopped beside us (we were 2) they took out their guns and ask us to surrender all, they took my bag and the other person's phone, wallets and money. My bag had my phones, ATM card, flash drive etc.

Unfortunately, i saved my ATM pin on my phone, I wasnt myself all tru the weekend b4 i was able to go to bank and blocked the ATM card on mon.

Thank God they didnt search the phone and withdraw all my savings.

Lesson learnt: never to safe my pin anywhere but my head.

swiftycool: Few days later after narating the experience to his friends, they hacked a plan to set up the thief. One of the guy's called the theif and pretending to think he was talking to Joe told him he had sent 50k for the house rent and other things through a driver from abuja going to Usa park in d town.he was told to call d driver on a specific number so he could be identified becos the driver had also been given his own number.

The theif took the bait and planned to go collect the money supposedly meant for Joe by impersonating him through his possesion of the phone. He arrived with a friend to the park at the stated time not knowing that joe and his friends were there waiting 4 him pretending to be passangers. As he made the call, Joe's friend's phone rang and he went to meet him pretending to be the driver. He got close to the theif and held him while the other guys rushed to meet them.

The thief's friend noticed the happenings and ran away abandoning his okada, while the caught thief was given the beating of his life that day. I as a passer by came accross this scene and pleaded with the guys I saw beating a defenseless guy to stop but when they narrated the whole story involved I was so pissed and didn't know when I joined them beating the guy and so did many other passers by.
The guy was beaten so much, stripped naked and then allowed to go. The okada was handed over to the police with a report that it belonged to a thief. Am sure that guy would think twice before stealing again. Lol!
Serve the thief right. That was thoughtful of Joe's friend

FamilyRe: Names You Can Never Give Your Child? by adetunrayo(f): 4:30pm On Jun 07, 2012
mr_man: ESUPOFO, meaning the devil has failed. i know a man that gave his child this name. People call him baba esu i.e father of the DEVIL, and call the boy ESU wen they want to bully him. i guess the name is really affecting him because he has some devilish tendencies just last week he broke clinton's leg(my
dog)

This is funny mennnnnnnn

EducationWants To Confirm LAUTECH Excessive Fee For My Brother by adetunrayo(op): 10:01am On May 28, 2012
My brother is a 100 level student of LAUTECH. He gained admission last year and the excessive charges by the school is weighing my mother down has she is his major sponsor. she called me yesterday to tell me what my brother has sent to her to be paid for, about 45k,to take care of course registration, filing, stamping, exam card etc. which we assumed have been included in about 130k tuition fee that has been paid.

Now she is asking me if these claims are real, meaning he might be playing on her.(he could)

Is there any 100level student in the house or you know someone that is in 100 level @ Lautech that could verify these fees.

Mind you this is not the first time.

Thank you all.
