If I start the laptop after some hours of out of use, it would work for about 30minutes and trip off, but if I try to restart it, it would continue to trip off while trying to boot.

Going by the characteristics of the problem, I seriously suspect the issue of overheating, please what could be the cause of the overheating and what is the way out?

The fan area needs to be blown for the dust to allow the fan work and after this have been done still persist the fan may need replacement,

I'm gonna buy a new battery for my laptop on Jumia. I was lucky to see a bigger Mah. But the problem is its 11.1v and my default battery is 10.8v.

I'm confused whether to purchase it or not. I did some searches on Google, some said no problem, while some said it is not good.

I can't find my graphics driver after formatting my system and d graphics adapter capacity is 2g with vram of 160mb to play high graphics game.pls I need the link to get my driver back

What you need now is to get the right drivers for your laptop so that it will start functioning as it was before formatting

First does your system meet the requirements of the game installed on it?if white screen only comes up when u playing game that shows the game needs to be uninstall

Hi PC gurus in the house. My laptop does not see the hotspot from my phone anymore. I have been using the laptop to brows the internet previously until it developed a power problem. One technician fixed the power problem by changing the motherboard. And since then the laptop has not been receiving any wireless hotspot.

Have confirm if the wireless driver is intact? If not you can see any wireless connection...

life can really be funny and cruel...people come on this forum everyday to complain abt some problem
even dead hard drives and i attempt to restore;in most cases i revive them
i really enjoy playing "mini god of computers"
but when my sister was struggling for her life and eventually lost it...i wish it were one of those problems many posters bring to this forum cuz i would have fixed it as i always fix even more complicated issues but this was no failing hard drive or bad os..
even as i watched her lying dead in the mortuary,i wished she was just a computer i could just enter her bios,restore or reformat her os or change the motherboard...so she can come back to life...but this what no computer or laptop..
this a a human being and have have no control over her life and even the almighty couldnt be simulated...
i wish there was a forum i could post my own problem on and maybe angels in my form or big t or adetwin could help..
its vexes me deep down but i never query God on how He does his things and continue to give thanks to the lord!

hello gurus. my laptop battery could last over a 4 hours in just over a 2 months ago. but i notice a drastic change recently that it last less than 2 hours suddenly. it could sometimes have 50% percent of charge and suddenly display battery low indicator. it never fully charges to 100% nowadays but only stops at 99%. yesterday, the battery icon on the task bar started displaying the message '' there is a problem with your battery system might shutdown''. ''consider replacing your battery''.
the system is a dell xps 14z laptop. any help will be appreciated.

Kindly use a different charger on it first if same persist plan on getting a new battery
