I can't seem to connect my universal modem to work, If I click connect it would show as if it wants to connect then it would stop.
In essence, it doesn't connect actively although it can read any sim card I put.

Try to use it on a different system see if it will work if it does you need to get a good anti virus, scan your PC after that if no solution please back up your data and do a clean installation ...

i have a problem with my pc. it started today. it's hp with OS windows 8. i switched it on. it started and then became blank. i switched it off and then switched it on again. it brought a message "preparing automatic repair" and later "checking disk errors". after that it brought a message again that my pc can't be automatically repaired and it gave two options "restore" or "shutdown". i chose restore. later on it brought another message that it can't be restored that i should try the "advanced recovery option". it's brought some options "continue to windows 8", "recover from disk" or "shut down". i chose continue to windows 8. it came back to the hp wheel loading screen and then went blank again. please, what can i do about it? anybody to help please.

Firstly can u bring out your hard disk& slave to another system so that u can back up or your data, if NO! u need to RELOAD but ur files will b saved under a folder in C: widows old

CLICKJACKING!!..U have been hit by a adware..(fancy banner with an incredible story or alert...eg ur system is infected or may contain multiple errors)..when u click,for some,u get a download that actually injects ur system with the trojan...others,u will use ur hand to do urself by installing it they it hijacks ur system and registry...here is an alert to fb users,when u see a banner with a fancy story like "see munachii abii naked"(even me,would be tempted to open it cuz im her no1 fan)it then directs u to a page that says "u must share first" before u can read....
bypassing is quite easy(less than 5mins)..confirm ownership and pls dont be like the nl guy(mike)who called me and we spent 5-6days removing his pw for a 5min procedure(we cldnt eventually but we retrieved all his files).....it was a learning process for me too...
1..he used the built-in administrative account as his main account
2..he has only a guest account as spare(i cldnt elevate his privilege to administrator using all the tricks in the books)why?;
3..he is using windows 7 home premium(limited features)
4..he is in calabar with no internet to even send him required files
so pls if u meet all the above criteria...PLS DONT CALL ME(its quite impossible to help pple from a distance esp when all the required resources aint available)and in the end,all u get is a thank u....thats neva encouraging!

Guys please help me. I bought this Lenovo laptop for a friend and when I removed the battery to check things after the first charge, it refused coming on again even if charger is plugged in. I also tried a new RAM but without success , I also watched some videos online stating that I should unplug the AC adapter and the battery and press down the power key for 30secs which I did but didn't find it fruitful

Its a mother board.... issue if u have try using a good charger & memory to troubleshoot and still shows same sign

Pls engineers in the house, i just discovered that some of my pc keys arent responding. I had to use the onscreen keyboard to input my password. The funny part is that when the non-responding key is pressed down, no other key will respond except the non-responding key is released. I've not use my mini lapi for over four months now buh yesterday I changed the keyboard and charger after which I used it for awhile in the day time, then at night booting it, it kept wasting time at one point it how system repair, that window will find error and repair it auto, for over four hours nothing happened uptill now it's not working yet. I guess it from my hard disck...how do I solve this problem?
