Hello to all the computer gurus in the house This is what am facing lately, my HP Laptop window 7 no longer funtion optimally.Whenever i put it on, it says window is not longer genuine, suddenly it now begins to shows black window background, slow in performance and some Applications no longer work effectively.

I have tried some methods so far to resolve this menace but all prove abortive, some of which include
First method
1. Click on start menu.
2. Type cmd in search field
3. Right click on Run as administrator
4. Type SLMGR-REARM and press enter
5. Now you will see a confirmation window, click on OK
6. Resyats your PC now

Second Method
1. Open control panel
2.Go to windows update
3. Click on view installed updats
4. After loading all installed updates, check for updates "KB971033" and uninstall
5. Restarts your PC

Please to all the nairaland gurus, i really need help on how to resove this menace on my PC and restore it back to normalcy in the best possible ways. Thank you

All you need is to get windows activation software and run it on ur system and it will work perfect

Re install to 32bit and the wireless adapter will work fine

Hope the window 7 is not 64bit because the system does not support that from manufacturers website, kindly make good search if u are using win 7 !32bit you will surely get the wireless driver

I need help fellow nairalanders...I bought AutoCAD 2013 32/64 bit to install on my elitebook but it's not installing. my system is 32 bit. The system prompted me to check on installation media and select 32 bit, I downloaded 32bits installer but yet I couldn't install it. please what should I do?

You said the system said u should check installation media.... Try the installation file on a different system and give us the outcome

with NTLDR MISSING is software issue so get another OS CD try it if same error change the hard disk. Get back to us if any problem persist

The hard disk is likely to b bad & for the fan we can say much until we see on a physical appearance, will this week b ok for an engineer to come over to your olace ?
