Please i need help......I'm using hp 2000. My system shut down while upgrading win 8.1 due to low battery, after charging and booting my system kept showing hp logo for some seconds and went blank for some seconds....kept repeating like that for almost 1 hour, i rebooted same thing, removed the battery same thing and i noticed dat the caps lock kept blinking. Dont know what else to do need ur help

I believe the devaluation of the naira will lead to a chain of reactions, many of which may not have the intended results. I usually scan my PC with a powerful anti virus, ccleaner to name a few. I would not reformat my laptop for that reason
unless it is a boot sector virus that cannot be removed or a corrupt registry H key local machine to name a few. There is no
wrong or right answer, it is entirely up to each individuals. However, If a business customer complained of a virus we act quickly to
prevent it from spreading to the delicate host server. In addition, I would in practice clean the infected laptop because customers like
long term fix and not short term.

The issue we have with NIGERIA ENGINEERS is that format is a quick & fast solution to any software problem a system is facing, that is why if a client should see that his/her system is not functioning very well the next thing I WANT TO FORMAT my sysyem (because the OS CD is too cheap) .... Good Job Deji!!!!

Step 1

I take it your pc is all in one ?

please check there is no cd in the computer.

if no joy restart and keep pressing f10 for bios, you'd see a blue screen press f9 or any other key to
load setup default then press f10 or any other key to save and exit then see if it would boot into windows.

Step 2
Could you disconnect everything at the back of the computer.

shut down the computer and disconnect all external devices including the keyboard, mouse and USB devices.

Unplug the power cord.

Press the computer Power button and hold it for at least 30 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord but do not reconnect the external devices yet.

Turn on your computer and see if it boots normally. If it does, shut it down,
reconnect the external devices and turn it back on.



I tried the options yesterday, didn't work. But i realised that power doesn't go the keyboard and mouse when connected.

I am in a really deep mess
I was cleaning my precious pc (Acer aspire e1) this morning when i noticed 1 or 2 dirt under the CTRL key, I then removed they key to wipe out the dirt.
on fixing it back i saw the CTRL key was already broken
apart from makinf my pc look misrably, its the left CTRL key and its wha am used to the most.

pls what can i do pls

my system when charging stops charging when it reach some certain percent, like 20, 40 or even 90%. the battery icon shows plugin not but not chargin and the battery level will remain stagnant. what could be the possible proble please?

Its a setting things in the control panel.. Double click on the battery icon and do the necessary settings
