It by the assembly whether its harmful or not and do u even know EXECUTIVE DOESN'T ASSENT TO ALL BILL. if its considerd good and accepted by the majority or 2/3 of the house of assembly it can be passed into law..do u somethingj?ust go and read functions of legislators and executives in ur essential governmnt I think dat will give u more insight.thnks

my bros, the boldly written part of your post is absolutely wrong.
REASON: Any bill enacted by the legislature no matter how little or less important it might be, its still needs the presidential assent . But if the executive vetos the bill by not signing the bill, the bill would be sent back to the legislative house after 30 days of maturity and automatically becomes a law if 2/3 (majority) of the house supports it.
