Nigeria cannot get better unless we decided to fight for ourselves from the slavery that has been imposed on us the the ruling elites,i commend the bombing that happens on october 1st but how i wish the bonb exploded right inside the eagle square and kill all the political elites that has been ruling and embezzling the nation ever since independence,we should copy what Ghana did and lets murder them all so we the fellow country people can finally enjoy the the dividends on democracy.Enough is Enough!!!!! |

Armed robber to die by hanging in Osun For robbing a filling station two years ago, a young man, Alaba Olagunju, has been sentenced to death by an Osogbo High Court. In a judgement delivered on Wednesday, Justice Oyejide Falola said Olagunju was guilty of robbing AA Filling Station, Oke-Fia, Osogbo, at gunpoint on Nov.4, 2008. The judge said the convicted robber was guilty of stealing N83, 790.00 from the attendants of the filling station at about 8.30pm on the fateful day. According to the judgement, Olagunju was found guilty of brandishing a pistol during the robbery. His accomplice, Idowu Jimoh, was however, lucky as the court set him free for lack of concrete evidence. Falola said the prosecution proved the involvement of Olagunju beyond reasonable doubt, but failed to do so against Jimoh. Olagunju, who was caught with a pistol after he fled the scene of the incident, will be hanged by the neck until he is dead. A combined team of policemen and the attendants at the filling station gave him a chase and finally caught up with him a few metres away from the scene of the incident. Souce:www.punchng.com |

New Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho believes Arsenal are still not ready to fight for the Premier League title as he tips Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea to be contenders. Speaking to Sky Sports News HD, the Inter Milan hat-trick hero believes it is always the same story with Arsenal where it looks like they can get back to winning terms but at the end of the day they just have to accept defeat. Mourinho also added how the “young” squad of Arsenal is no longer that young, most likely referring to the likes of Bacary Sagna, Andrey Arshavin and Gael Clichy. The Portuguese believes it’s time for the Gunners to deliver as many of their players are reaching a stage in their career where winning is a must although he added how they will not do this year. Mourinho, who also believes Liverpool are not in the frame to win the title, concluded by saying how Manchester United and Chelsea – the “usual suspects” – will fight for the title, with Manchester City joining the group as he described them as a “great squad”. He said: Arsenal too, year after year it looks likely – but no. Always the same type of comment, ‘it’s a young team, we’ll be next season’. I remember we (Chelsea) played them in the Carling Cup semi-final with a team of young boys. But the team of young boys is no longer the team of young boys. In this moment they are a team that are 25, 26, 27 years old. (Cesc) Fabregas, (Theo) Walcott, (Gael) Clichy, (Alex) Song, (Bacary) Sagna. They are not a team of kids anymore, they are the team at the age to win things. But I don’t think they will do it, I think it will be again Man United and Chelsea, and of course Man City because they have a great squad. |
He probably is kanu's brother you never can tell because he really does look like him |

It was wailing and groaning yesterday at about 12pm when a trailer carrying sugar caught fire on the long bridge linking Lagos-Ibadan expressway infront on the Micheal Otedola Estate Phase 1,it was reported that the policemen around the area caused the accident because they wanted to stop the trailer and asked for their egunje but unknown to them the trailer had brake failure so he collided to an un-completed filling station and caught fire so in teh cause of this all other cars and busses following the tralier all collided and caught fire,it was a pathetic situation yesterday and about 20 cars and civilian buses caught fire with many passengers on board and the number of bodies that got burnt was totalled to be about 80 according to eye witness report. I wonder when the Federal government of Nigeria will cautioned the Nigerian Policemen to stop harrasing motor riders on the road all for the sake of collecting bribes, Haba!! |
Austin Jay-Jay okocha is set to run in the NFF election and he running it with a NECO certificate,so when questiond by the press he said "I quit secondary school in my pursuit for a proffessional football carrer and now that i'm retired and ready to serve the country i went to do my exams and the certificate awarded to me,if you have any doubts contact NECO for confirmation" Well i guess the man is honest enough compared to others that go about contesting for public office with fake/forged certificates, Go on my man we're solidly behnid you. |
ice234:Sunday Oliseh is the most arrogant and disrespectful ex-footballer Nigeria ever had so i think thats one of the reasons the NFF never shortlist his name for a coaching job in this country |
