According to Emeka Offor Foundation(a foundation owned by billionaire Emeka Offor),a library in Daura is in a dilapidated state.I can not authoritatively say if the library is owned by the state or federal government.The photos were shared in May.I don't know if anything has been done so far to salvage the terrible state of the library.To our readers who live in Daura,has anything been done to improve the state of the library?Below is what the Foundation shared....

'The Founder of Sir Emeka Offor Foundation and management of the Foundation did a facility tour of the library in Daura, Katsina state. The library is in dearth of books and the facilities are generally dilapidated.Sir Emeka Offor promised to help fix the library and ensure the supply of books and other facilities to it'.
