Buying a house but the owner said it has building plan but the plan is not approved. But what i know is that it's very risky to buy a property without approved building plan. But the seller is saying i can still apply for the building approval if i have the money to process it. But my fear is won't they demolish the house if i buy it and they see that i'm just applying for building permission at this time and buying a house that was built without permission? What do you think guys?

Please let us all send a message to the below email and copy namecheap that the site talk naira is a scam site and has defraud many Innocent people off their hard earned money. The admin of the site is the same investment providers and global moderator etc. Tell them to ask the admin to explain why Eminent, Ultimate and many investment providers run away with people's money hundreds of thousands of naira while he the admin promised he has their collateral? I am thinking of sarting a Fried Yam and Akara business and from there we can expand. We could be come a mega fried yam and akara.

If you're ready for this, have passion for this with proven record, ready to sign legal agreement with guarantor a civil servant, i will fund the business. Come up with a busines plan and we can take it from there. Many have built houses from this. We will register a business name suitable for the business.

NOTE: I can only offset the setting up expenses while you will be the one that will handle the running of the business, you will have 50% ownership provided we sign agreement with lawyer.

We can add other stuffs like plantain, puffpuff later.... Trust me we can build something big. Just my idea!
