Hello house. I need your advice for a friend. She got a new job in Lagos Island and the company Bus comes to pick staff at two different bus stops: Costain Bus stop and Ojuelegba bus stop. So, she needs a house which is very close to these either of these bus stops.

In terms of house affordability, water, light, traffic, safety of the environment and overall features of the environment, where will be the best place to rent a miniflat or 2 bedroom flat between Costain area, Ojuelegba, and main Surulere like Bode Thomas?

She is a married woman and has a budget of 600k or maximum 700k for a miniflat and 800k for a 2 bedroom apartment

The standard battery capacity for an original battery straight from HP themselves and not Alaba boys is 52wh. The trick is to run a Battery report before paying for the system. The closer the capacity is to 52wh, the likelihood of the battery giving you 4+ hours back up.

My HP Folio is acting strange. It will clock a year just next month.

When i got the PC, i was comfortably enjoying 6hours battery back-up. In the past 1 week, I observed the battery doesn't last as long as it used to. Yesterday, the system went off at just 20+ percent. I thought twas just a one-off. Just tonight, it went off at 36%! Now, I have plugged in the charger, yet the battery reads 0%! It's been over 20mins!

I'm confused. What could be the issue? How do i rectify this problem?

Nothing like fake PS3, but what you should be worried about is it getting faulty soon or later after buying.
All PS3 on sale, either on Jumia or konga or Nairaland are all used. The difference is how is the state of the console. If it's Foreign used there's a higher chance it's perfectly okay.
Their prices depends on their models,fat is the cheapest, followed by Slim,Super slim is slightly costly than slim.
Another thing that determine their prices are configuration, the higher the HDD the higher the price.
I bought my PS3 from a Nairalander in 2020,never had any issue till today. He stays in Alaba,I was in Ogba then,it was pay on delivery. Infact he asked the dispatch rider to wait for me to test it well. I transferred money to the rider after confirming it's working fine. It was a smooth transaction.

Thanks a lot for your response, what I meant by fake is whether I can trust the product that it is going to last for long and whether it is actually going to be foreign used because I have not bought from konga before. The ones on Jumia are around 99k for 500gb while the one on konga is 50k for 250gb. They are both super slim. I will check for the person you mentioned
