Good morning everyone, I installed the miui 12.5 enhanced update on my redmi 9t yesterday. Everything is fine but the battery is stuck at 50 percent. When I plug it, it shows the charging icon and ampere app shows it as charging but remains at 50 percent and when I remove the charger, it also remains stuck at 50 percent. Although, I am able to know when the battery is full with the ampere app because after some time, it changes from charging to full which shows that the phone is actually charging, just that the battery indicator is stuck What could be the solution please?

Good morning, pls, who has the sim tray for Redmi 9t? |
Elvisaniwhi:Have you been able to repair it? |
Good afternoon. A friend of mine was robbed and her phone was taken abt two weeks ago, she did not put any sim password. When she checked her account, the remaining balance in her account was wiped, thankfully, the money was not much. She has gone to the bank to change the number linked to her bank account to a new one. Her fear now is that the guy could have easily gotten her BVN number. Can the guy still continue to withdraw from her account with her BVN even when she has changed her phone number? Or is she safe now that she has changed the phone number linked to her bank account? |
Elvisaniwhi:Just tell them to open the phone and heat up the small ic. I saw the video on YouTube, it solved the deadboot issue, my only issue right now is that the phone is locked and we can't activate it
|
RomeoMarvis:I get. Like, how long? |
just2endowed:We have repaired the phone now. It is working but the problem is that the phone is locked and we can't remember the password cus it has not been in use since last year, we are looking for who can bypass or remove the MI account, the repairers are saying it is not possible |
RomeoMarvis:Sure? We gave it to someone in Abraka, he said the security of the phone is too strong, that no one can bypass it |
RomeoMarvis:OK, thanks, we were able to repair it yesterday but it is locked, and no one remembers the password cus the phone has been down since February last year and the phone number attached to the phone is no longer active, trying to bypass the MI account to activate the device |
amrepairguru:OK, how much is the screen and the battery? I am also in lagos but the phone I want to repair is in Delta state |
Please, who has the screen and battery of redmi 9T? I also need a good repairer who can work on Xiaomi redmi 9T in Delta state, abraka to be precise |
Good evening all. I sent someone to give a Redmi 9T to a technician, the phone does not come up. The person gave it to the first repairer. He did the steps (heated the small ic) but the phone still did not work. He said that when he plugs charger, the thing is only supplying the down flex but not getting to the upper part of the phone or the charging ic. If he presses the power button, the charging icon will show briefly and go off. So, he said he will have to change the charging ic and it will cost abt 4k or so but the person I gave the phone to collected the phone from him and went to another place. They told her in that new place that the screen is working but it is not receiving current, that they will have to change the entire screen and it will cost 20k. So, I advised her to take the phone back to that first guy who when he heard what the second repairer said abt changing the screen said that they are wrong that if the screen is bad, that the charging icon will not show at all when we press power button, that we dont need to change the screen Please, phone engineers, which of them is right? If the screen is bad, will the charging icon show at all? Also, if the screen is not receiving current, does that mean that we have to change the screen and spend 20k? |

Thanks to everyone that offered solutions. My light issue was finally resolved today. The first Ikeja Electric staff that came last refused to pick my calls, so I had to go to their office to see the manager and complained to her. She was very nice and welcoming, she told me that the guy who came to check my meter the first time is not a technician but a driver, I dont know how he managed to come to my apartment parading as a technician. She then assigned some persons to come and check my meter and they came later in the afternoon. They discovered that the neutral wire from my meter was connected to the live wire on the distribution box or something like that, and then reconnected it the right way. They just brought the light now and for the first time, I can see voltage of 220v, 210v. The high voltage issue has been resolved finally. Thanks everyone once again |

olundty:Good evening, how much will it cost to change my Samsung galaxy a20 back glass? |
Collins4u1:Thanks, I am on single phase |
Good evening, how much will it cost to change the glass back cover of my Samsung galaxy a20? |
bomasek:Ipaja |
Nicepoker:Thanks, the Ikeja Electric guy said the same thing the day he came and then screwed it, and told me he had settled the problem, maybe he did not screw it well then |
Jazzman01:OK, I will try to get a tester screw driver |
ameristu:OK, thanks, I will ask the electrician to check it |
OtopDesign:Sorry, I went to the Xiaomi Facebook page, the guy there said we should only remove the ic cover without heating it up and we should not put the cover back which is different from the YouTube videos I watched. Which method should I follow? Should I ask the repairer to remove the ic cover, heat it up and cover it or I should ask him to only remove the ic cover without heating it up? |
