Russia has not even done a quarter of what USA has done. Yet who punished USA for world crimes?
Russia has done more for Africa positively than ther west. Russia and China are after economic growth and development, solely business where you make profit and they also make profit (mutualism) while for USA and the West it is solely (commensalism) where they are the only ones benefiting while the other partner is not harmed nor be benefits, you're just there.
