I would have said link up with shop top up, they rent buses and vehicles to deliver goods to their customers. But your type of bus without a cover is dangerous in this current Nigeria. Aircrafts and helicopter crash every year yet people still fly in them, people die in marriages yet people still get married every day, Cars crash everyday yet people refuse to do away with them, industrial machines have amputated peoples legs and hands yet these machines keep working in our industries. People die to stray bullets from soldier and police guns yet the armed forces aren't throwing that metal away.

The usefulness or uniqueness of a technology is measured by high advantages it offers over its disadvantages with right rules and regulations ( couple with brutal enforcement of these laws ) in place.

This is not an ideology but a fact . Of what use will the citizens guns do against a nuclear weapon fired at the USA? Nothing . In this era no one wants to attack anyone especially a nuclear powered nation directly. Your guns will be useless because both will go nuclear and no winner will emerge.
