Wiztonero: After scaling through the screening of credentials and the aptitude test, I was disqualified on medical grounds. They told me I have pile and flat foot. I was so shocked and angry. Is it possible for someone to be suffering from pile and not know it? I passed through this same kind of medical screening in Onne last year during the NN DSSC 23 selection exercise and nothing like flat foot was detected. I was declared medically fit. Yet the Nigerian Army now is saying I am medically unfit. They told one other candidate that he has a bent back. This is someone who stood and walked as erect as the rest of us, yet somehow, the Army is sure his back is bent. I wonder if Nigeria will ever change. All I can say to you is sorry, believe me,I understand how you feel right now, nothing do you bro,all would be well, keep the zeal and hope alive. |

I actually noticed something about the list,so I would have to ask this question, why is there very few Yorubas in the list compared to Hausas and Igbos? Is it the quota system? |

Kingsow: we faced a panel of ten and were asked questions. You begin by telling about yourself (date of birth, place of birth and education) afterthat you choose your 2 best O'level subjects from which they ask questions, plus a little history and current affairs. Okay, thank you for informing the house. Good news to you. |

Kingsow: I belong to the DA category and returned from Kaduna recently. After spending four days in Kaduna, we finally left on Sat. 06 August. The whole process involves two parts medical (after which about 40% get screened out) and interview. The medical tests are as follows: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) X-ray (chest) Dentistry Eye test Physical test (UnCloth and show ur complete balls and part ur ass cheeks wide open until the female doc confirms whateva she wants to confirm) and finally the blood and urine test wher they collect 3 bld sampls nd urine. The result is announced after 24 hours and sccssfl ones proceed to the interview afterwhich we were askd to return home n wait. Thank you for your information, can you please elaborate on the oral interview procedure, how did it go? |

I would to see the link or post, can you please share it here? pxjosh: I just got the information today that my course was among those unaccredited by NUC.
From one WhatsApp post, I read the following lines: "if you're studying any of these courses in Nigerian universities, you're not in school"
I would like to know..what is this issue of accreditation all about? Will it be resolved as soon as possible? ( I am currently in my finials).
Those with knowledge about this should please enlighten me. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: National Universities Commission (NUC) Recruitment 2016 by Adortem: 6:06pm On Aug 09, 2016 |
ademelie: @Adortem you may even send your own with #10. It all depends on you and where you are. Most importantly how far your location is from Abuja. Even bus drivers won't be able to help me convey it for times 10 of what you said you posted with and then I don't have anybody in Abuja to help me collect it and post even if I wanted to. So DHL or other courier services was the best I could patronise. I don't know why people like jumping into conclusions and judging others unnecessarily as if they know how to handle each life situation perfectly than others. Secondly I need no one to tell me its been cancelled when newspapers have said it all. I don't mean to make you feel judged, however, you should have located a National Post Office(NIPOST) around you,Nipost is everywhere, and it has nothing to do with the location you are sending your parcel to,they weigh and you pay,I have sent my CV to Abuja before from Osogbo for #100,my CV got there as expected because I was contacted,Nipost is efficient now,my parcel wasn't even registered. Like I said, always ask the right questions...Paying #5000 was your choice though |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: National Universities Commission (NUC) Recruitment 2016 by Adortem: 3:26pm On Aug 09, 2016 |
ademelie: Nigeria is really a country that frustrates life out of its graduates. Imagine cancelling the recruitment after I have spent 5000 plus on DHL. I am really tired. I wish I never went to University. I would have used all those cash I wasted in school to start a tangible business, by now I would be living fine. Mtcheeeww. Where did you hear it that the NUC recruitment has been cancelled? About you spending #5000 on DHL,you chose to use DHL,you didn't ask the right questions,I sent mine with #150,some may spend less and I am so sure it would get there,in life, learn to ask the right questions, also,I would advise you calm down,if it is cancelled, other opportunities would come, that is life. |

Thank you all... Confidentiality? So,she made the training and she has been absorbed to the EFCC? If that is the case a huge congratulations to her. The information people want here would not in anyway compromise anything, anyways, how long would their training take? And can you confidently assure people here that all that is happening there is strictly by merit or is it a clandestine thing? |
