Our client, a reputable high-end metropolitan Real Estate Development and Investment firm, seeks to hire Real Estate Investment Advisor(Sales), whose primary responsibility will be to bring in new businesses/clients, and ensure instalment payments are made accordingly.

Job Summary: Real Estate Branch Sales Manager is responsible for increasing the branch’s revenue.

Job Description
•Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives
•Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel
•Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
•Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
•Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
•Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
•Meet goals and metrics
•Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
•Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Requirements for a Real Estate Branch Sales Manager Role
•A bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration and other related courses from a reputable institution
• *A prior knowledge/experience in real estate industry*
•Evidence of previous real estate deals closed and the amount generated
•A self-starter
•Target driven
•Team player with Administrative experience
•Prior knowledge of how to prepare a sales plan, sales map and sales calendar
*•Candidates must be domiciled in Warri, Delta State*
•Must be a native or be able to speak the local language effortlessly and a good command of English
