I went back to school yesterday to meet Mrs kaka and she was very helpful but still insisted that they had not received it.
Apologized profusely and reassured me that once she got the mail, she would respond immediately(irrespective of the strike that started today)

My persuasion to WES finally yielded fruit after a lot couple of strong worded mails to some of their top ogas.
Got WES update early hours of this morning and by 4am this morning, a contact from school confirm that my case has been treated.

WES profile has finally changed to received documents and reviewing...since July!!!

Tip to anyone having WES correspondence issues, biko, continue disturbing them.
This was the 3rd email sent to school, so how come this one got to school?

Onto the next phase, make i jump into pool with my bikini!
and those that got PPR today, I covet your early morning good news in the nearest future too!

My spouse who is also the primary applicant is stalk in this stage also for 2months now. I have called over 7times with several mails. I am thinking of going through the process of contacting some of their Ogas there just as you did but don't know how to go about that. Would appreciate if you can drop a link of their details here as I am already getting frustrated.
Please assist a brother. Neither hard nor e-copy has been received despite two different notifications that my wife's evaluation has been sent.

Would appreciate if you can help me with emails or contact I can contact. My wife's WES has been pending for two months now. I have done everything including calls like 6times and several mails which has still not yielded a positive result.

Please, help a brother. My in-law has even gone to the school and all emails checked but nothing fruitful. Kindly assist.

It's quite annoying. They should know that when a lot of persons are complaining about a particular thing, then the problem should be from them.

I sent them a dm on Twitter and they are yet to reply. I will wait till Thursday, if they don't reply then I will have to call them.

I'm currently experiencing such. What was their reply when you contacted them? I think the hard copy takes like 4-6 weeks.

Those people are crap.. I was told my complaint will be escalated and that by Friday I will get an update..

I will call again on Wednesday or Thursday. Some of their customer service reps are not grounded. How can you be telling me to wait for 7weeks to resend when the first one you sent is yet to be received.

Please I need your advice on this. My wife's HND and OND verification to Auchi Polytechnic has been pending since 8th of August. School said they haven't seen it. My contact in school has gone to all possible recepient of the mail still nothing positive.

I applied for results verification April 2018. WES received my docs Aug 3, 2018. Last week I got an update on my profile that my results had been sent to my school for verification. 2 days afterwards, i checked my profile and boom!, i saw WAEC had been added as required doc. I looked for their Facebook handle immediately and asked why WAEC was suddenly added especially as my application was submitted before the law which was introduced Aug 3.
I received a reply from WES that "my concern would be escalsted". Logged in few minutes ago and voila! The WAEC requirement had disappeared.

Can you drop your contact, my wife will like to talk to you basically on ielts..

The last time I check at Uniport I was charged for verification between 15-16k. I don't know if things has change.

When was that? I heard they just increased the transcript and verification amount to 15k while courier service 20k.

Could that be uniport? My contact said they don't charge for verification after the #35,500 paid for the transcript and courier services.

Bwahahshaha at the gala part... People should be using ICES unless when necessary to use WES.

My suggestion is if you can get your WAEC verification without stress, WES is your best option .

Two months your verification is out if you know and do the right thing.

That is not what matters. WES has confirmed that weac verification is only for applications made after the 3rd of August. They are not going back retrospectively. Did they send you a mail to request for this? Did they update your status to "waiting for secondary school certificate" ? You could write them through contact us. They usually respond within 3 days, or chat them on the Facebook platform. Its instant. Goodluck!

Kindly clarify, they are requesting for verification of your waec or they are asking for a copy sent to them by you?

If it's the later, there must be discrepancies in your data thus would require the Waec certificate to validate. My 2cent.

My wife has OND, HND AND BSC will she gain more points with the BSC added since her OND and HND certificate counts for two or more certificates?

Use the name on her Passport. Whatever the case, you have to attached marriage certificate to proof that you both are legally married.

The name on her international passport is my name, while the certificate has her maiden name.

In the WES, site there is no column for her new name.

A profile has already been created with her name's as it is on her certificate.
