Thanks sir. But my concern is that what will become of free Channels I got from Nigcomsat? Because I use two LNB on a single dish ( Nigcomsat and TSTV), use a 3 way Disecq to join the two and connect directly to my Inbuilt Sattelite TV. With that connection, I have been enjoying free channels on Nigcomsat and TSTV untill the latter blocked its free channels

Now, will I still pick those free channels on Nigcomsat if I connect the cable to TSTV decoder?

If the decoder has diseqc like Strong MYTV decoders then you can still use it to watch all satellites if not then you will have to remove the TSTv from the diseqc and plug directly

I was about to ask this same question. Those channels work during the day and start skipping at night. I am using frequency 12518H29500 on nigcomsat. Any adjustments to make?

Also, I attached 51°east to my dish where I used to watch TSTV channels free. Now t jhat TSTV has blocked most of it's free channels leaving only 3., I want to buy their decoder. My question is do I have to track TSTV signal on the decoder again or there is no need for that since I already have it tracked on the dish.

JUST BUY AND PLUG IN THE CABLE THAT'S ALL, NO NEED TO DO A FRESH INSTALLATION EXCEPT IF THEIR IS AN ISSUE WITH THE DISH.

Please, people should know that u cant get a real french life in ADJAME.

Also people should know that they are two type of ADJAME... Which are ADJAME RENA ( am not sure of this spelling because i can't remember the exact spelling again) while the other one is ADJAME MARKET

One of them is most popular for residence mostly while the other one is for business but u can also live in any of the two ADJAME


Adjame is a business area, infact is like "OSHODI MARKET" in lagos , and ONITSHA MARKET in anambra..... dominated by Nigerians and other west Africa countries like Liberia most especially.... Not withstanding that does not mean u won't find an Ivorian people there.

Yes it has no much night life like other cities in ivory coast, but it good place to stay if u dnt have much income to stay in ivory coast... Most Nigerians started their life there. If your plan in ivory coast is too start small then become big in few time or years to come.... then adjame is the place to stay because is very economical.

But as good or bad adjame is, you are going to get what other big cities has or have... Things like light and water are simple things over there. Just be focused that is all u need.

What anybody relocating to adjame should know is that....... It is a cheap place to stay if not the cheapest in ivory coast, and also a grate place to study or do your research in any business, also with how things are done in ivory coast before moving into the real cities.

So if u want to start a life of "grass to grace" then Adjame is for u

Am not saying u can't start small in other cities in ivory coast, but can u pay the price ? Can u go throw difficulties to settle quickly to chase your purpose in ivory coast.... Some has nothing but also succeeded in those big cities while others could not succeed because of the gap of life to theirs, they were not able too.

Also, this time a lot has change due to the covid19, not like when i entered ivory coast... But ivory coast is a 100% sweet country but that spark will definitely reduced to 70 % because of covid 19. many countries are beginning to start up their economy because of the damages from covid 19, but what i know is that nothing will take away French life from Ivorians just like nothing will stop Yoruba man not host party in Nigeria at this time ( Abeg na example i dey give ooo, my Yoruba brothers am not a tribal bigot oooo )

If you want to be useless then start from yopougon, although it has been little bit long i left there..... But i know yopougon will never change ( I dey warn u oooo, if u are weak and not determined)

Many cities to explore examples like GRAN BASSAM and the rest..... So my brethren i believe i had done Justice to this ADJAME thing, because most people from this my thread who call me start their life in adjame while others who start from other cities in ivory coast are already feeling like they are in heaven

You can make any place look like a heaven if u know why u are there.... Some work hard and flex, while some work hars and later flex in life. People also flex in Adjame if u explore a lot like having friends in other cities. You can go to other cities while u only sleep in adjame.

But dnt forget other Nigerians are in other state in "ivory coast " not just Abidjan.

Do you need evidence to believe him, Arabsat 5c @ 20°e is receivable with 1m dish without any modification and also receivable on a 90cm dish with scaler.

At least show us a picture of it. This field of satellite installation is practically oriented.

Anybody that tells you that you can get a C-Band beam on a 90cm dish in Nigeria must provide proven video evidence to you if not you go turn to roasted corn under the sun.

You can get BBC, CNN, SKY News, and other news stations free on 68.5(c-band), 1.8 meters minimum with autoroll powervu decoders: csat, tiger, hello box, GTmedia, or on a patch Strong decoders and add the keys manually.

I can remember in 2011 I encounter similar problem in Area 3 Abuja. I set the dish after a while the signal disappears, even when I have clear site to even install 85E. I then info my client to relocate the dish, that I was having radio interference, so trace to a particular location then the signal was stable.

There is serious issue here:

Am having one issue like that, there is a particular location, it is only DSTV and mbc 26e you can receive from there, that location stops receiving satelite signal from September 2018, the location is not up to 200 square meters, anything outside that location, Satellite signal will be receivable, note that all satelite signal was receivable in that location before that date, what could be the problem, and how to solve it,
I noticed that any TP that is below 12 ghz cannot be received there.

This is 9th wonders of the world .

@GAZZUZ and others , Weldone for your job so far , What could have happen to a car or what could have been the cause for a car not to kickstart after 1 day of idleness. Like on Monday ,You use the car and on Tuesday ,u did not use it neither Even bother to warm it , And on Wednesday , It fails to start on his own not until we JumpStart it with another battery b4 it starts . Like its now a must to kick start the car everyday , if not , the 3rd day , the car will fail to start on its own ,Person go need to start finding another battery to kick start it.

Yes. This is what I have in my end. Eutelsat 16e. Joy TV and I am about to add Nigcomsat close to the Joytv. 16 e is primary.

No 1. You can drive with even 4 at the back and load in the booth and you car temperature will still remains still and moving normal but try on the AC and hear how the car will start dragging

I've done all necessary things within my knowledge but I can't get channels yet.

I read that Nigcomsat is best but after i installed my dish and decorder, i couldn't find Nigcomsat in the list to search the channels.
Please can someone help me with a solution.

Are there other satellite i can use in Lagos Nigeria?

My dish is facing East at 45 degrees and aligned. see picture.

There are marks on the lnb but i dont know if they're useful and how it could be aligned. also see picture below so you can assist me.

With all due respect you are still using a rural village in Nigeria to compare Accra the capital of Ghana.
Nigeria may not be perfect but not bad as you are painting it.
The only country in West Africa you can say is more advanced is Ivory Coast.

Here in Ghana, white people come to market to buy stuffs for themselves. They also enter public buses.

When you compare what's happening in a village in your state to judge a city in Ghana that's not good enough.

It's a normal thing in Abuja also.
