All ur members received one month allawee and that is for the month of march..... Soonest you should expect you april allawee and for those in stream 2 would be paid double.. As a result of their outstanding allowance not paid.. Okay

PAYMENT OF CORPS MEMBERS' OUTSTANDING ALLOWANCES
The Management of the National Youth Service Corps regrets the delay in the payment of March 2016 allowances of Corps members.
In view of this, Corps members and the public are hereby informed that Management is actively liaising with Federal Ministry of Finance to ensure that money is released for disbursement to Corps members through the usual Central Bank platform.
In the same vein, out-going 2015 Batch 'A' Streams 1 and 2 Corps members are reassured that their April allowance (2 months for Stream 2) will be duly paid as soon as fund is released from the Federal Ministry of Finance. We hereby urge all Corps members to remain calm and go about their lawful duties peacefully.

TRAGEDY
On the 6th of feb 2016 A young man died in his apartment at borikiri, port harcourt
Our media crew met with his roommate (name withheld) who identified the young man as Tunde Omoijeike, 26yrs. He said tunde as been complaining of HEAT due to the power outrage by PHED(Portharcourt Electricity Distribution) for the past four days now.
Neighbours of the deceased described him as a nice and caring man who deserved not to die.... One said tunde would always relax and sleep outside when there is power outrage for a while and does not know why he decided to stay in door this time..
Youths of the neighborhood all gathered and are currently protesting at the PHED head office, insisting that they are the cause of the young man death and demands compensation....
PHED in that locality has promised to give them 24hours supply of power from now on..
RIP to the deceased and thanks to him also, since the incident occurred there has been constant light supply in the area.
PLS PASS THIS STILL IT REACHES THE MINISTER OF POWER, WORKS and HOUSING

My Fellow Members Due To Unpayment Of Dec Alawee,many Of Us Have Pass Through Hardship Which We Had Never Experience Since We Were Born,i Heard Nysc Pays Within First Week Of The Month That Follow The Due Month Now,unlike Before That They Pay Btw 25 And 31.Let Share Our Experiences.

you guys should be patient, u sure would get ur admission and posting....in my tym last year we got our posting at the fourth week of resumption...just be patient
