if you are banking with GTB, am glad to tell you that you can now buy airtime without going online by simply dialling *737* amount# e.g *737*200#... you will then receive a message within 5minutes that you account has been deducted with the said amount...check your balance on your phone and you are good to go.... this can only be done with the sim card you used in opening ur GTB account, that is d number you use in receiving alert. enjoy. |
[quote author=marcelc post=28128467]Really! Have u been given accommodation? And with the look of things, do u have any idea whether the lectures will start next week? Enugu is my first choice, but , I still waiting for admission and posting also are there other fees that we might likely pay? |

[quote author=RowlandSAN post=28086805]I am suprise that the law school is still uploadin admission list till this moment nt to talk of posting list this one really suprise me ooooo! For christ sake this is the 17th of November which is suppose to be for registration of admitted applicants. Does that explain why as at last friday, Zenith Bank has refuse to start acceptin School fees from applicants on full admission. They should do all dat is necessary to enable students settle down at their respective campus. Abe my friend, its not their fault, the problem is that most schools are still yet to summit d result of their students. |
jidxin:this is it
|
more admission list has been updated now 2037. |
jidxin:my friend there is no FORMAL process for doing dat, you would only be spending a large sum of money, nd d chances of it working out is very slim. |
i dont think one can redeploy o? |

SOMEONE POSTED THIS we were not posted against our choice to yola were the fight against the insurgents ve heightened... we accused the school authorities of insensitivity to security of life saying the campuses under state of emergency ought to have been suspended given the terrible situation of insecurity in those states, the law school authorities posted us to Yola and Kano campuses without minding the security implications involved.we expressed serious fear over the rampant insecurity in the affected states and called on the Ministries of Education and Justice as well as the Presidency to prevail on the law school authorities to repost them to secure areas before it becomes too late. Most of the prospective law students affected by the posting had chosen four law school campuses according to their preferences as provided in the admission form they filled to indicate their intention for participating in the 2014/2015 programme. When the admission list was published however, it became clear that the Law school authorities did not consider the voluntary choices of the prospective students before posting us to those dangerous areas. Traditionally, prospective Law students are entitled to four campuses of their choice in order of preference and these are often filled in the application form long before postings are done. Strangely, however, most of those posted to the state of emergency areas this year did not choose any of those areas and none of their preferred areas was considered in the posting exercise. Unless an urgent action is taken by the government to rectify the posting situation most of the affected students may not go to law school this year a situation that is capable of aggravating the already tensed education condition in the country. Following its establishment by the federal government in 1962, the Nigerian Law School (NLS) was situated in the former federal capital of Lagos until 1996 when the late General Sani Abacha regime moved it to the new federal capital of Abuja. Subsequently, NLS was decentralized thereby paving way for six campuses with one located in each of the six geopolitical zones of the country. The campuses are located in Kano, Northwest; Yola, Northeast; Abuja, North-Central and Lagos, Southwest. Others are Enugu, Southeast and Yenogua, South- south. Two of the geopolitical zones (Northwest and Northeast) are now affected by the insecurity engendered Boko Haram insurgents who claim to be fighting for the obliteration of western education in Nigeria. |
NOTE: ADMISSION AND POSTING LIST ARE STILL BEEN UPDATED BY LAW SCHOOL, DO WELL TO ONTINUE CONTINUE CHECKING. As at yesterday d admission list was still bin updated from 1480students to 1640student... they still have a long way to go, if judging by d last number of student dat graduated earlier which was around 5000 or more students. Then we are not just d only ones affected, we plenty die. |
....how can i redeploy..
