First of all, Canada is the hottest destination spot now for Nigerians; it used to be the US and the UK. Trudeau's liberal government which encourages immigeration to the country has made this possible.

However, Canada is not all rosy as immigrants in Canada still face a hard time finding their feet, but I know you'll say "Thats not for me" Well, I trust your naija hustle spirit but reality calls.

As a researcher and blogger (factboyz dot com) I researched on immigerating to Canada and shockingly I discovered through some comments I read on a particular video; I used to doubt it cause I felt those over there were just discouraging us here form coming over, but this is shockingly true.

Take a look at these comment from the video, screenshots will be provided too other comments like this were many, but this one caught my attention

when I was in Africa I thought I was very poor Until i immigrated to Canada I came to realize I was no that poor in Africa. I had a $200 4 bedroom house with a wide back yard with plantations ,gardens ,planting my own food . In Canada I pay ,$ 900 for a bachalors apartement in rent plus other bills and my diet not so good. I have to rely on sometimes expired food from food bank when times are tough. . The $900 will get me to live like a King in Africa. I would rather go back and do farming.. Farmers eat and live like Kings . No stress, , Just fresh air and peace of mind. I will never take my african life for granted again . When you travel in outside countries ,you realize that you were richer than you thought . My home is my paradise no matter where I go. Stop wars in war torn countries so people can stay where they are born

From my little research, most immigrants such as ladies complained of loneliness as most Canadians do not really date immigrants; I also discovered that the cost of living is high, and one cannot have enough money to save or put into savings as most income earned goes to taxes, A good number of Nigerians in Canada cannot even return cause of high debt on their neck.
Canadian weather is not funny o!! Its really cold there too.

My personal advice and conclusion; MOVE TO CANADA IF YOU HAVE A DECENT JOB, CAUSE I ALSO RESEARCHED AND FOUND OUT THAT THOSE THAT DO WELL FINANCIALLY IN CANADA HAVE GOOD JOBS (Doctors, Nurses, Engineers, Architects, Health Practitioners, Sales men etc.


I am not discouraging you from making your moves to leave Nigeria, all I am saying is research well so you don't end up living like a poor man in Canada when you lived like a King in Nigeria.

Our own case is different bro,it means we submitted everything they asked and our test invitation is certain by God's grace.

Everyone that got a mail to include certain information,trust me you have been shortlisted. Its time for you to start preparing.

please what did you select when asked whether you are seeking for a full time employment and also seeking for masters..Bachelors. ..or higher degree. I said yes to both and was told I am not qualified.

You should have chosen "seeking full time employment"..that's what I chose, my application was successful and I have also received two links for the assessment and video interview, was given 10 days to complete them...I'll advise u to try again using another email though, Good luck!

I already mentioned it earlier. Search online for the biggest recruitment assessment company. Starts with S. They have a specific set of exams/tests for operators and foremen.

So what will happen if you mention the recruitment firm?...Will heaven fall? Are we supposed to go and Google all the recruitment agencies or companies that starts with an S'...c'mon dude

you don't need a pop up blocker to complete your application but if you insist, at the end of the address bar,just after the web address, click an icon that looks like a book,I think you'll be able to deactivate pop up or grant access to the site you're about to use.

Hello guys,I feel your pains cuz i also had some difficulties while applying,what I would advice is that before you start your application or during application and you encounter an issue,delete your cookies and cache and then refresh the page,don't forget this,I tried it and it worked pretty well, however do not be discouraged if it doesn't work out, just refresh the page and try again. The only issue now is i'm done with my application and I have submitted,the website confirmed my submission and my profile says "application Completed" but still "pending successful submission" and I haven't received any reference number like they claimed we would,please is anyone faced with this issue?...Thanks
