Well, if all parties involved (the parent and the couple) sees notin wrong then who are we to disagree? my take is no one shud be presssured to marry agaist their wish. At least, must of our parent whose oarents looked for wives for are still happpiliy married today. Cheating has noting to do wit a person's sex both male and female cheat people are jus not sincere. but it is more noticeable for males becos it is seen as a tin of pride for a guy to have more than one gal and a tin of shame for a lady expecially in Africa. In Nigeria it is common practice for family of both couples to have a say in who the ward get to settle down with and for this abnormally i have heard many reason from people whose perents have given different reasons why they and their partners cant get to tie the nuts but not unitl last weekend i have not heard the funny or stupid excuse a friend told me her parents gave.

She said her folks said they cant marry because the guy is from a polygamous home (that is his father or mum married more than one) not that the guy is engage to anyone or have had issues before now. Please guy what cant i say i want to hear your take on this because all i could do was have a good laugh that i couldnt advise her.

It depends on the level of maturity involved and the circonstances on which the persons involved decided to move in wit each other. There is not wrong wit it. But if ur faith and religion re to be brought in den one shud probably nt get involved cos like someone said 'it ll affect ur spirituality'

It is funny how women cry that their man dont take care of them or are tight fisted, yet some tink cooking for their man is so big a deal. Cooking is easy as a Bachelor i cant see my seflf buying cooked food not to talk of when married.
