House, I am not getting an impressive charging speed with this Redmi 3s. Imagine the phone charging at 5/1A or less for a 4000mAh battery.
How long does it suppose to charge from empty to full?
UPDATE:
The battery software is indicting 1:38 hrs to charge from 77% to full. This mathematically means 4:20hrs to charge this phone from 0% ~ 100%

It all started when batteries started exploding in their cargo planes, some post claim these batteries don't follow safety standards. China post and Sweden post where the first to put a halt in the shipping, Singapore post followed after some months, now Netherlands post stop 3 months back, although I still bought power bank which was smuggled to me and shipped by Geekbuying ..
You can read more about these contraband, just Google it, there are some many things that can be shipped from China unless through water ways
Have any of you ever asked why is it that Aliexpress uses only Singapore post and Netherlands post to ship phones, it's not only because they fast, it's mainly because Phones are still allowed to be shipped.
I fear in the near future, this Post might get rouge and stop shipping phones, well let's all wait and see.

Last November I purchased several power banks from China. Netherlands Post and Hong Kong Post were used to ship it.

However after booting it on, it indicated "No SIM"
I discovered the following:
- WiFi not working. Switches off immediately after being switched on.
- Bluetooth not functional.
- FM Radio not working
- Invalid IMEI - when I tired chworking.
-No sound. Only vibration.
- The MUMI has 5 digits - vendor installation is likely here.
Please can this be attributed to software or hardware ?
What is the next step to take - pls help a brother here.

Good people, thanks for your support and encouragement. I finally flashed a new ROM - Global stable 8.1 albeit some procedural missteps. When I had given up hope, I later discovered that it has been successful.
All the above issues has consequently been solved.
I was surprised that there is a fingerprint scanner in this model - such menu was not supported by the unwholesome vendor ROM. Dear, original is the best. I'm most joyful. We give God praise.

When I searched online, I saw phlotera of guidance on flashing and even dudes here claimed to have ran into problems when flashing. So any particular step to flash Redmi 3s safely.

Done reset, no respite.
Please how can I flash. I need a easier way, and step by step guide like a baby.
Will it recover the unseen IMEI ?

You guys should have read up stuffs about their site before ordering. geekbuying is a scam site. I only hope you get your money eye back sha provided you paid through only tru PayPal o. Only trust Aliexpress though some sellers there too are fraudulent. But I have always been lucky buying there. All da best

To be fair to them, geekbuying is one of the online shops that I respect in terms of phones. They sell at modest prices comparatively.
I have been making many orders from them, in fact that last month, I ordered several power banks and all arrived in time.
In this case, they sold the Xiaomi Redmi 3s for $99. This was an irresistible price - which I believe generated tons of orders beyond what they can cope at that moment. They have to wait for Xiaomi to produce the phone before supplies. I don't have problem with that. That's presell. They would have advertised it as such and indicate a realistic timeframe for customers to align their expectations accordingly. Instead, they resorted to issuing an untenable tracking no - as if they had shipped the items.

How many guys here participated in geekbuying 11.11 discount sales. I ordered on 12.11 and was given a tracking no of Singapore post on 26.11. To date, it has not been shipped.

Majorly, I'm concerned about quality aspect. Will the batteries hold charge up to advertised 10,000mAh, will it live long as Xioami, could those with experience with Innojoo technology vouch or really recommend this product, cos the price is very tempting
