He will be doing his sperm culture and count tommorow after 4 days of abstinence. Must he gboola ncha( self service) to get it? He says sometimes, he does self service for up to 3 hours b4 ejaculating. Any other way out?

he has to 'gboola ncha' to get it. If he's finding it difficult he could ask them to provide him with a magazine or a video to help

@afagha, you can also try ginger and alligator pepper. Garlic also work wonders(cut into piece and swallow to avoid smell). And castor oil pack. Baby dust....

in the process of shrinking fibroid and I'm taking organic unsulphured black strap molasses in water with organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. though I haven't had acv for the whole of this month but as at my last uss, the fibroids have started shrinking.
