When mails are sent to some users on a LAN network system,they are not delivered.After some troubleshooting,i discovered that it seems like their system is blocking incoming mails.Also,some websites dont open on some particular system.What do you think is the problem and how do i get over this?

I am experiencing some problems with the network at my office.I notice that systems disconnects and reconnects randomly.This happens to systems even on the same switch where one disconnects,the other does not.I have tried changing the switches to new ones but the problem still persists.Would be glad if someone can give me some suggestions on what to do.Could it be that a worm has infected the network?

Fine,its going to be difficult to forgive,but it all depends on the guy and the girl in question.If she is truly sorry for what she did,then why not.Some people deserve a second chance u know(does that deserve it).But the danger there is once a dog always a dog and a dog could still go back to its vomit.So for that i think its a dicey situation.
As for me,i can forgive depending on some circumstances which i can really think about now.
