Politics / Breaking Even With God And Nigeria: A Write Up On Facebook. by Affalatus: 3:36pm On Oct 03, 2010
.I hereby offer an Olive Branch of Truth to the about 650,000 Nigerians on Facebook on Nigeria's 50th Independence Anniversary.

Nigerians deserve to know that you do not have to be a President or even a Public Office Holder to change the fortunes of Nigeria.

When i finished from Federal Government College Enugu in 1994.

I believed that Secondary School would be the last level of Schooling where i would read to pass Examinations.

I thought that University Education was about studying to change the world since Employment would be next and so with this mindset i

decided to study to change Nigeria both Economically since i was studying Economics and through an alternative Political/Government

Structure set-up. Back then i believed that Nigeria's Problem was a lack of the right Ideas.

I was partially wrong. Nigeria's Problem has a second side to it. A lack of Honest, Righteous and Truthful men.

Well i studied and the God inspired my innocent mind and i wrote and rewrote from 1998 to 2004 and even now i am reviewing some of the following ideas that led to the following achievements:

1. The Pioneer Draftsman/Writer of the NEEDS Program.( Consolidation et al) first written in 1998.

2. The Pioneer Draftsman/Writer of the Pensions Reformation Act 2004 and the advent of Private Pension Fund Administrators.

3. The Driver of the introduction of scanty regulatory framework for the initial launch of ATMs in Nigeria.

4. The Driver for the further diversification of Nigeria's Foreign reserves as at 1998.

5. The Driver for Compulsory Insurance for all employees.

6. The Driver for Lifestyle Taxation ( Robin Hood Tax (A nigerian Model).

7. The Driver for a review of labour laws towards expectant Mothers to reduce Mortality at child birth by giving a compulsory 6 Month leave from the 7th Month of Pregnancy with half pay for all female employees needless to say the ladies hated and killed it at the National Assembly i take this opportunity to review this to three quarters salary.

8. The Driver for Finger Print Recognition Automated Voting Machines.

I also wrote the Single Term Tenure for all levels of Governance in Nigeria Project in 2005 that was altered into the Third Term Agenda by some unscrupulous individuals that involved the following below:

The story of the third term agenda began with two igbo men one of them twenty seven years of age in 2005, the writer of an alternative Political Structure that he hoped would save Nigeria's Democracy the other a member of Obasanjo's Cabinet Family friends and both sharing the same first name with the Biafran Warlord Ojukwu.

In August 2005 even on the pages of Nigerian Newspapers, Obasanjo endorsed the Single term tenure idea the backbone of the write up of this twenty seven year old presented to Obasanjo by his Cabinet Member and later revamped and transformed by the G4 you know them because hindsight is 50-50.

The Single Term Tenure Idea is still relevant in today's Nigeria.

The Parameters of the S T T were to create a platform where Nigerians will have spread out elections so as to slowly but surely enshrine Democracy as a way of life in Nigeria. And to save Nigeria from the crisis of a huge election where all positions in the land will be held to one event flawed or not the life blood of Democracy could be in jeopardy and so the need for an alternative.

The tenures of the following were to run as thus:A Single Term10 years for the President and the Vice President ( The Presidency )9 years for all the Members of the Senate8 years for all the Members of the house of Representatives7 years for all State Governors

The removal of Local Governments as offices of election but as selective administrative Offices that answer to the Office of the District Governor and the creation of the Office of the District Governor

Each State was to have four Cardinal Point divided Districts to which three District Governors plus the Governor were to attend to.

One over eight of the States resources were to be given to each of the District Governors plus their Internally Generated Revenue to administer to while the remaining would be in the keep of the Governor whom decides who might need additional funds

The District Governors were to be runner ups to the Governor in the Concluded Elections

The Tenure of the District Governors was to be 4 years and half the members of State House of Assembly needed to impeach a sitting Governor would be needed to impeach a District Governor though the party of the District Governor would retain their seat.

The Chairman and all his subordinates at the local Government would be selected by the District Governor at their absolute discretion.

Elections would hold every year and Nigerians would not have to fear the do or die atmosphere of Democratic Finality of one bulky regularly mismanaged event creating their Government experience.

Also the attitude of First Term is to prepare the Battlefield for second Term Syndrome with all the squabbles between deputy and Principal will be laid to rest.

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria for I am a patriot because I have never stolen from all the Children of the Niger Area: North, South, East or West. Muslim, Traditional Institution or Deity Believers or Christians God bless you all and draw you closer to himself.

In August 2005 even on the pages of Nigerian Newspapers, Obasanjo part endorsed the Single term tenure idea.

The Single Term Tenure Idea is still relevant in today's Nigeria Political Set-up.The Parameters of the S T T were to create a platform where Nigerians will have spread out elections so as to slowly but surely enshrine Democracy as a way of life in Nigeria. I achieved them by Using the people i knew in Government as at that time. And going by my work you will have a partial idea but i will give you a clue in retrospect. Imagine using the equivalents of Dora Akunyili and Sanusi Lamido Sanusi from the period of 2004 to 2006 and you will understand all.

Stay Blessed Nigeria.

Why this write-up?

I believe that it is the Will of God i release this now to as many people as possible.

I have come to a place in my Life where i no longer fear the Assasin's Bullet or the anger of "Tin Gods".

Once again i say stay blessed Nigeria and may God's Will for you for better or for worse come Swiftly.

Let those whom believe say Amen.
Business / Re: I Will Transform Anambra Into Dubai - Soludo by Affalatus: 7:04pm On Sep 29, 2009
Soluekwensu killed Nike Ayilara in 2006 for fear of the Origins of the NEEDS Program being revealed.

Soluekwensu looted the nation and encouraged others (Bank CEOs) to do the same.

Soluekwensu got the Consolidation/Needs/Pension Act/ ideas for Insurance Capitalisation/ ATM/ The 25 billion naira mark up in share capital from me when i was still not sure of his personality type i knew he lacked a plan.
NEEDS was written in 1998.

STAY BLESSED IF SOLUDO THINKS I WILL HELP HIM WITH ANAMBRA HE SHOULD THINK AGAIN.
Politics / Re: Soludo And His Anambra Governorship Aspiration! by Affalatus: 7:33pm On Sep 15, 2009
Lucifer trying to return for a second fight with God believing he has enough souls to bargain with. Soluekwensu- The shameless rot you have put Nigeria's Banking System is not enough for you. Your blood stained hands yet have strength abi. The only CBN Governor that killed a CBN staff RIP Nike Ayilara and now you wish to become Anambra's Waterloo. Jehovah Rebuke you.
Romance / Re: Guys, What Happened To Treasure? (wooing) by Affalatus: 1:11am On Sep 01, 2009
Nigeria is like a woman and this is what Nigeria the woman would say about treasure.

I am Nigeria.

I have millions of acres of arable land and billions of cubic litres of water, but I cannot feed myself. So I spend $1 billion to import rice and another $2 billion to import milk. I produce rice, but don’t eat it. I have 60 million cattle but no milk. I am hungry, please re-brand me.

I drive the latest cars in the world but have no roads. I lose family and friends everyday on roads for which funds have been looted. I lose my young, my old, and my most brainy and productive people to the potholes, craters and crevasses they travel on everyday. I am in permanent mourning, please re-brand me.

My school has no teacher and my classroom has no roof. I take lecture notes through the window and live with 15 others in a single room. All my professors have gone abroad, and the rest are awaiting visas. I am a university graduate, but I am illiterate. I want a future, please re-brand me.

· Malaria, typhoid and many other preventable diseases send me to hospitals which have no doctors, no medicines and no power. So my wife gives birth with candle light and surgery is performed by quacks. All the nurses have gone abroad and the rest are waiting to go also. I have the highest maternal and infant mortality rates in the world and future generations are dying before me. I am hopeless, hapless and helpless, please re-brand me.

I wanted change so I stood all day long to cast my vote. But even before I could vote, the results had been announced. When I dared to speak out, silence was enthroned by bullets. My rulers are my oppressors, and my policemen are my terrors. I am ruled by men in mufti, but I am not a democracy. I have no verve, no vote, no voice, please re-brand me.

I have 50 million youths with no jobs, no present and no future. So my sons in the North have become street urchins and his brothers in the South have become militants. My nephews die of thirst in the Sahara and his cousins drown in the waters of the Mediterranean. My daughters walk the streets of Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, while her sisters parade the streets of Rome and Amsterdam. I am inconsolable, please re-brand me.

· My people cannot sleep at night and cannot relax by day. They cannot use ATM machines, nor use cheques. My children sleep through staccato of AK 47s see through the mist of tear gas. The leaders have looted everything on the ground and below. They walk the land with haughty strides and fly the skies with private jets. They have stolen the future of generations yet unborn and have money they cannot spend in several lifetimes, but their brothers die of hunger. I want justice, please re-brand me.

· I can produce anything, but import everything. So my toothpick is made in China; my toothpaste is made in South Africa; my salt is made in Ghana; my butter is made in Ireland; my milk is made in Holland; my shoe is made in Italy; my vegetable oil is made in Malaysia; my biscuit is made in Indonesia; my chocolate is made in Turkey and my table water made in France. My taste is far-flung and foreign, please re-brand me.

· My people are cancerous from the greed of their friends who bleach palm oil with chemicals; my children died because they drank ‘My Pikin’ with NAFDAC numbers; my poor die because kerosene explodes in their faces; my land is dead because all the trees have been cut down; flood kills my people yearly because the drainage is clogged; my fish are dead because the oil companies dump waste in my rivers; my communities are vanishing into the huge yawns of gully erosion, and nothing is being done. My livelihood is in jeopardy, and I am in the uttermost depths of despondence, please re-brand me.

· I have genuine leather but choose to eat it. So I spend a billion dollars to import fake leather. I have four refineries, but prefer to import fuel, so I waste more billions to import petrol. I have no security in my country, but would rather send troops to keep the peace in another man’s land. I have 160 dams, but can not get water to drink, so I buy ‘pure’ water that roils my innards. I have a million children waiting to enter universities, but my ivory dungeons can only take a tenth. I have no power, but choose to flare gas, so my people have learnt to see in the dark and stare at the glare of naked flares. I have no direction, please re-brand me.

· My people pray to God every morning and every night, but commit every crime known to man because re-branded identities will never alter the tunes of inbred rhythms. Just as the drums of heritage heralds the frenzied jingles, remember - the Nigerian soul can only be Nigerian - fighting free from the cold embrace of a government that has no spring, no sense, no shame. So we watch the possessed, frenzied dance, drenched in silent tears as freedom is locked up in democracy’s empty cellars. I need guidance, please re-brand me.

But then, why can I not simply be me, without being re-branded? Or does my complexion cloud the color of my character? Does my location limit the lengths of my liberty? Does the spirit of my conviction shackle my soul? Does my mien maim this mind of my mine? And is this life of Nigeria the woman worth re-branding?

Forgive me for digressing,

Sanusi may you live long.

May your critics live long enough to apologise and praise you.

I have never met you but i feel you in my blood for i know what it means to be you. You are the swift wind that unviels the provebial fowl. God has decided to use you and you have decided to do God's work but remember a prophet is never known in his own home.

Sanusi please do not give up on these blind people called Nigerians continue the task of Rigtheousness. I pray in Jesus name that you remain ever strong.
Politics / Re: Questions For Sanusi Lamido Sanusi by Affalatus: 10:11pm On Aug 22, 2009
Sanusi did the right thing. What did you expect him to do keep doling out money to these five bottomless pits of mis-management or call their bluff expose Soludo's lies and start to forge a new direction to a more secure future.

I stand body, mind and Soul with Sanusi Lamido.

I am Igbo but i chose Sanusi over Soludo any day of the week.

Sanusi is a man of strong convictions that is why he did not shy away from the right path even when it was the most difficult decision i have ever seen a Banker take in my life time.

Kudos Sanusi Lamido. KINGS' COLLEGE SALUTES YOU.

YOU ARE TRULY A KING.
Politics / Re: Charles Soludo Should Be Arrested By EFCC? by Affalatus: 11:28pm On Aug 21, 2009
This thread's existence is enough reason for Soludo to be investigated and i do believe that arrest is an integral aspect of the investigative process.

And with what i know to be true about Soludo my answer is a resounding YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS ARREST SOLUDO NOW THAT THERE IS THE WILL TO PROSECUTE HIM.
Politics / Academic Hon. Degree Awards (b.sc,m.sc,m.phil,phd,professorship) In Nigeria by Affalatus: 11:18pm On Aug 21, 2009
Academic Hon. Degree Awards (B.Sc,M.Sc,M.Phil,Phd,Professorship):

I am a firm believer that the award of Academic Hon. Degrees in Nigerian Universities should be monitored as some questionable characters are displaying questionable credentials that are meant to showcase a personae sound in learning and character. Even the hallowed circle of Professors has encountered breaches from less honourable men, men whom are lacking in character and academic depth. I will not name names but i will suggest the following:

The Nigerian Educational System should protect itself. ASUU, i hope someone from there reads this: Let there be a law stopping any scholar from attaining not more than one Academic Hon. Degree Award per University for example:

If you get a First Class in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. The law should stop you from getting anyother Academic Hon. Degree Award from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and Enugu Campus lest you find a comfort zone to rack up Academic Hon. Degree Awards without being sound in character and learning.

This is imperative to safe guard our tertiary institutions. ALUTA FOREVER.

I am an IGBO man from Anambra State from Anaocha LGA formerly Njikoka LGA. I know all that went on from 2004 till 2009 by ending of 2006 if Nigeria were a nation awake and watching closely that was when Soludo should have gone to Jail.

SOLUDO or is it not SOLUEKWENSU

I WROTE NEEDS SO PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME SOLUDO TRIED I BEG YOU ALL IN THE NAME OF GOD YOU BELIEVE IN, BY THE WAY I AM A CATHOLIC TOO LIKE THE EVIL SOLUDO.

SOLUDO KNOWS WHO KILLED NIKE AYILARA RIP in 2006. I maintain this belief because of all the events that took place i was running Soludo while he was running the CBN. He broke away in 2006 and Nike was one of the costs i paid for knowing that devil.

Examinations also test memory, writing skills, numerical analysis, pictographic logic and other forms of logical reasoning.
Education / Re: Examination:: True Test Of Knowledge? by Affalatus: 7:53pm On Jul 02, 2009
Knowledge is too vast to be tested on a piece of paper.

Innovation and Creativity only show themselves in the field of practice.

Examinations test the use of plain logic in the problem solving equation.

Examinations cannot test in-built talent.

Would Michael Jackson had passed a written music test?

If Einstein had being tested on his unproven theories that guided the way for nano-physics and quantum-physics neither the examiner nor him

would have been able to give a semblance of plain logic for the rest of mankind to understand.

So written examinations only hint at the presence or lack thereof of a well recognised society accepted form of Logic that ties into our fragile reality

until the next great mind shatters it and forces the world to rethink once again.

I hope you understand now that i was the force behind the man for the man lacked substance and focus.

I would prefer that the Land where Ojukwu lives is spared the leadership of a blind cripple for this represents the mental ability of Charles Chukwuma Soludo my former partner in development whom is very short on ideas and has an evil heart.

NIKE AYILARA REST IN PEACE ONE DAY SOLUDO WILL ANSWER FOR YOUR DEMISE.

I did not lose my job from Consolidation especially as i wrote the NEEDS program and sold the idea to your "FRIEND" SOLUDO. It is just that i know him to be evil that i am fighting him.

If i had the right mix of power and wealth you would have seen a whirlwind of events.

I helped in no small measure to get him kicked out of the CBN but i do not yet have the avenue to have him tried for all his crimes.

@bolicks You say my facts are fairy tales i guess you ary a fairy and these are the tales you are used to in fairy-land.

Anyway these are not matters to joke about if they were i would have considered your reply funny. I actually laughed but that was not for more than 30 seconds. Who do you think made a greenhorn professor whom had never solved a problem in his life become a bleep in OBJ's Radar. Was it you? No, It was Andy Uba.

As per your response on redenomination i considered believing that you have never read a book on Economics or even Psychology. Maybe you did not attend a University's learning but i will give you a hint you wrote rubbish anywhere in the world what you wrote will be considered as rubbish.

You know nothing about Soludo he is not good enough to be a Local Government Chairman's Personal Assistant talkless of Governor of a State or even the CBN.

Nike Ayilara: When i get the resources i will have Soludo in handcuffs and in court that is where people like you will get best informed of many other details.

Fact 1: Soludo was not reappointed for reasons of Fraudulent behaviour concerning the manipulation of the Naira.

Fact 2: Soludo is Andy Uba's little guard dog.

Fact 3: Soludo has serious questions to answer concerning the death of CBN STAFF NIKE AYILARA

Fact 4: Ngige Chris and Peter Obi are the only choices the people of Anambra are considering. Soludo does not even come third.

What i think : I personally believe that this is the avenue by which the proud Zebra will stroll into the lion's den.

Frank-C:

I wonder the metrics on which achievements are made that are not in favor of Soludo so far a fair mind is doing the measurement. But let me tell you other things that goes for the guy- courage, confidence in what he feels he knows, focus, drive, and action oriented. He is also a leader who believes in creating opportunities and not a manager who tries to manage the system he met.

Well, if Nigeria is my company and Soludo is the chairman of my board whose tenure is ending, and i have a decision to make in either replacing him or retaining him given his anticedents, i sure will give the guy another five years but set a new agenda for him. That is if Nigeria is my company anyway. Someone will soon ask me what his achievements those years were again!

@ Frank-C To be Frank you do not know Soludo if you did you would know he is not amendable to discipline. The man made a mess of eating a boiled egg.
