1.Yes him and his dependants are to fill seperate forms for IHS.And yes, the ihs window will say he has no dependants,he should just proceed.

2. Yes his dependents are to fill seperate forms from him. They can link the application using the MA's GWF number.

3. He should allow his POF mature completely. Then he can apply and submit after that.

Good day house. I discovered this forum today while I was looking for some info. I have tried to look through the thread but it is tedious so I would like to ask some questions and hopefully get answers to them.

My friend has an admission and has even gotten his CAS it’s a matter of applying now. I said I could help him with the application thinking it’s the same way as way back when I did mine but everything has changed so I’m a little confused. He is going with his family and they are applying at the same time. However after I guided him with the form, He came back to say when he wanted to pay for the IHS that “you have no dependants” was at the bottom of the page so he didn’t pay because he has dependants. Please what is he to do?

Secondly are his dependants to fill separate forms from his? Because when he filled his application he stated that he will be going with his family.

Lastly, his pof will mature on the 28th of July. Can he submit his application now and then book the appointment for 28th/29th July or is it better he submits the application on the 28th and does a walk in? Because I was thinking the 31 days for pof should be a month before your appointment date.

Hi, you are supposed to print after 28days so the duration of your maintenance after the deposit should be 28 days. Itd better to be safe than sorry.

The reason is that I've calculated my PoF days and it's looking like the 28th day will fall on a Friday at the end of July. The Bank's app is not letting me generate a statement, meaning I may have to go to their branch, which would mean waiting until Monday and I can't afford to waste any days since my resumption is in September and I know the visa process can still take 4-6 weeks.

Ofcos you can since you have applied and confirmed exchange rate as at when you did. Make sure you don't go below ur maintenance sum

Alot of people adviced I get married as unmarried partner (dependant) is very difficult but I made up my mind it will work.
I applied as an unmarried dependant..
Biometric was on the 23rd of May
Collection mail and sms on the 24th of may
Picked up on the 27th of May.
Visa approved

If you have full funds covering everyone whats the need of adding an extra account? Does the account have complete funds for his maintenance??

now at the point of visa application, i thought of adding my hubby's acct statement which has some funds to it just as an additional doc.
is ds spot on abi na oversabi.{lol} pls advise.

i would also like to ask about letter from children school. is ds necessary?

They would likely ask for MA's statement of account to check for recycling of funds. . Except he has paid additional fees then he can get a letter from the School to show the difference. I think they dont ask after 6 months but dont recycle funds .

Did you say no POF Big Congrats. This is the fastest I have seen. Its actually less than 3 weeks

The truth is that the queue is long and CBN are funding banks with limited funds. Just estimate about 30 days for the proper debit which is also dependent on if you have been queued up for FX purchase. Which bank did you use?

Well, that was the fee that was debited from my acct yesterday immediately after approval which was 5k. Hoping to get debited soon

No Bank will take charge upfront because rates flunctuates. The only charge that can be taken almost immediately is the TRMs portal charge for approval(which is taken once they approve transaction) before applicants wait on the queue for FX purchase n disbursement.

Reviewer stage means your application is yet to be reviewed; they havent looked at it.
Did u submit ur docs in their branch?
Try processing with another bank.

Please for UKVI parental consent for children, is it only page 1 and page 3 that is to be filled?

Home office consent letter for children. Page 2 as attached.
They are using a joint account but this says joint ownership with a third party. I see people filling only 1 and 2. Do they have to fill this?

Then also on the first page of the consent form for the children , MA signed alone but her husband signed on the third page with her.

The consent form for kids carries 3 pages but I noticed that page 2 has something that says "joint ownership".
If a spouse presents a joint account, do they have to fill the page 2? Or just skip it and do 1 and 3

She probably wanted someone who has experienced it before to comment on this.

UBA refused to add email and phone number on the endorsement (reference)letter. Any advise and Who can advise on what to do at this point ? The account is a Joint account
