STOWHY: AFOJIBOLA.I believe evidences of Spouse functional English language are clearly written on DIBP website...letter from ones Spouse primary school or three years of Secondary School stating that English was the language of instruction can also suffice...I have lodged my application and I used the above stated as proofs of functional English language for my wife. I will update d house on d CO's decision when contacted.
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR GRANT MY BROTHER afojibola. PLEASE WHERE U LATER ASKED FOR ENGLISH TEST RESULT OR DID DIPB USED LETTER FROM PRIMARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOL AS EVIDENCE OF SPOUSE FUNCTIONAL ENGLISH. I was not asked to supply my wife's English test........but because of anxiety I made my wife write PTE which I later uploaded to immi acct |

aussy4life: The Gurus abeg make una put mouth
So latestest timeline to wait for Grant is 9-12months for 189 and 489 SS or FS is showing unavailable due to low volume of applications.
My question is what happens to us waiting for 489 Grant for 4 months now? Will this affect the Grant.
Make we just go find wife/husband marry as I don't understand this people again, it shows last updated 16th February 2018 for the month ending 31st January. Does this affect applicants on the waiting list or new one?
I know no one has the answer except home affairs but make una try .
Oya over to the bosses. aussy4life: The Gurus abeg make una put mouth

Phlunter01: How market Lol
I am in the exact same shoes oh, only that I have been waiting for a bit longer, 3+ months after the immi assessment commenced email. Before like @babylove said, it used to be faster after the mail but I don't know what changed now. But I know that God will touch their hearts to issue our grants soonest.
The anxiety is not fun true true!
In my own case I did not receive any email titled commencement email from DIBP,only application acknowledgement email n afterwards my status on immi acct changed to assessment in progress....I have been on this status for more than 6months,I even added my newborn during this period...... |
