GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROCESSING OF ELECTRONIC PLANNING PERMIT The following documents and payment are required for the processing of e-Planning Permit: Sun print copy of Survey Plan Proof of Ownership- which includes any or more of the following: Certified True Copy of Certificate of Occupancy / Land Certificate; Governor's Consent on lease/assignment/land conveyance/ any other instrument recognized by law; Certified True Copy of former Owner’s Title in case of Governor’s Consent (Root of Title); Stamped Duty Receipt of Land Purchase; All Evidence of Payment for Title Document Processing; Evidence of payment of land use charge Certificate of Incorporation of Company (where applicable). Processing fees: Part Payment Fee (Screening Fee): For document verification /screening, Applicant will pay a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00; Payment of Balance of Processing Fee: Applicant will pay a specified amount before application can be processed further. The amount will be determined after a successful screening of application/documents and Part Payment Fee will be deducted; Receipts of other statutory charges (Stage Certification Fee) will be attached accordingly. Tax Papers: Evidence of payment of Company and Personal Taxes viz; For Individuals, Current e-Tax Clearance Certificate For Company and Corporate bodies; Company Tax Clearance (CTC); e - Tax Clearance Certificates for 2 (Two) Directors; Evidence of P.A.Y.E. returns. These include: Land Use and Allocation Directorate -All State lands and Government Schemes; Land Services Department - For Governor's consent and Subsequent transaction on landed properties; Ministry of Transportation -In case of Properties within the proposed Metro line corridor, traffic generating activities; Ministry of Environment - Office of Drainage for Applications within drainage alignment, gorge, flood plains / water bodies, lagoon, shoreline, Environmental Impact Assessment Clearance e.t.c; Lagos State Urban Renewal Authority- Applications which fall within Urban Renewal Scheme Areas; Lagos State Surveyor General's Office -Applications that fall within acquisition, revocation and excision areas; New Towns Development Authority- Letter of Confirmation of allocation and Capital Contribution. For Planning and Architectural Standard for the Designs- Please refer to the following Document: Lagos State Urban and Regional Planning and Development Law; 2019 Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA) Regulations; Model City Plans Approval Orders; Operative Approval Orders on Approved Layout Plans. The lack of information or inability to research about car convertion to CNG in Nigeria is making some people drop negative comments. Portland Gas limited in Ojota does convertion for a while now at ojota in Lagos. They also have a refueling station. It's a company the government has been supportive for a while. You can check them about. A lot of cars are already using CNG. If you check their Instagram page this see videos of different types of cars (even SUVs) been convert. |

The prize money for participating teams at the 2022 World Cup ongoing in Qatar is a whopping total of $440 million. The 2022 tournament featured 32 teams from various countries across the globe. 13 countries from Europe, five African teams, four North American countries, four countries from South America and six countries from Asia.
