In a world where relationships are often reduced to physical attraction, it's easy to overlook the deeper reasons why men seek companionship. Is it for emotional support? A partner to build with? A source of inspiration and stability?
Think about it—what role does a woman play in your life beyond the physical? Does she challenge you to grow? Does she bring peace, or does she add to your chaos?
If sex were off the table, would you still value her presence? Would you still put in the effort?
Men, it's time to reflect. What do you really need a woman for?
women are home makers. Everyone knows this. Just as they could be home breakers too as well
Wizzy13: My guy who is in 400level, last year in uni just informed me of what happened between his girlfriend and him. The girl demanded money for hair from him and the only money which the guy has now is his fees which is 40k (part payment) the guy is expecting some funds 2moro which he wanted to used to sort some issues in school and he's ready to give it out to the girl but she refused and told him, he must give her the money from his fees and exams is in 2weeks time and the girl on her part has paid her fees. what kind of heartless human is this am shocked she even told him he is not taking her as a priority.
she knows him already to be a jelly. Zero self confidence with the opposite sex. It is his type ladies use so easily, cheaply and foolishly. No need for kayamata
Kobojunkie: . Society, powered by men, made it a norm for men to take care of women in marriage. So, if you have a problem with that, go and face the men, not the women.
2. Menopause? Science and medicine have made it possible for women to have children even past age 60, so menopause is no longer a valid reason for any woman to choose to enter marriage before first pulling herself out of poverty.
your ideology is not backed up by any standards.
Na women dey do themselves if they do not look in the right direction early enough in life.
People keep living false lives. Praying against enemies and prosperity is the reason for most church attendance till tomorrow. Salvation zero. The Jews and Muslims use physical deadly weapons against enemies, Christianity na for church
Nothing but poverty stricken entities seeking miracles to overcome their miserable lives. Still never a solution while the so called churches soar. Religion does not benefit God in anyway.
Kobojunkie: She will have her money to keep caring for herself with until one finally shows up, I guess! Better than living in poverty with a man and even children before that point in time.
upon that still. Na women marriage favour pas. E no help man by any standards. Even in wealth and poverty. Men are always at the loosing end. Many die before their time! Menopause is the message that keeps ringing in them (the women) when they haven’t had the tot towards the direction of having kids
DyshApp: A young lady who identifies as a Christian woman has advised her fellow women to make enough money and desist from getting married in their 20s
In the video she posted, Faithful Femininity advised Christian women to stay away from early marriage especially when they can’t cater for themselves.
The young lady advised Christian women in their 20s to desist from getting married when they make enough money.
Her words: “As a Christian woman, I have decided that my 20s are not for marriage. My 20s are to make money. Christian women stop entering into marriage so early.”
”Go and make money. You don’t have a dime in your account. God and find a way to make money. In 20s, in your 30s, go and make money. Stop following men around. Some of you are doing Hallelujah Challenge and wearing bridal gowns.
“Have you made money? Like, I will not enter a marriage without money. And I’m talking about multiple sources of steady income. I’m not that kind of Christian woman that will enter her husband’s house with nothing in her account. God forbid. My 20s now na to work hard. My 20s is to make wealth.”
24hrPrayer: Lagos men spent N661 billion on ‘runs girls’ in 2024 -- Report reveals
if a Lady begins cutting the inscription from the currency notes everyone would be like she should be arrested and thought a lesson for others to learn. What will one expect from who never worked for it. Na those miserable men I blame. Funny enough most of them are from poverty stricken backgrounds

As for Western Africa, na our men spoil them. They all have a sense of entitlement. A man must do it for me syndrome. Just as the woman who brought me up kept saying (whenever we had quarrels) that she raise me up since when I was 4 months old.
What on earth will a matured man as this be consuming this large amount of carbohydrate. Nigeria is obviously hard, instead it should be more protein than carbohydrates. When no be construction company worker
naptu2: Issues raised by the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN).
Sunday Jackson
Sunday Jackson is a farmer from Adamawa State. He was working on his farm one day when he was allegedly attacked by some knife wielding people. He managed to overpower one of them and killed him. He was arrested and charged with murder.
In 2021 the high court found him guilty and sentenced him to death by hanging. He appealed the judgement.
His appeal went through the Appeal and Supreme Courts and on Friday, March 7th, 2025 the Supreme Court upheld the death sentence.
Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria
The Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria was established in 1977. It is made up of all Catholic bishops in Nigeria. They usually meet twice a year and then they publish the results of their discussion in a communique.
Some of the issues that they discuss require the intervention of government and since the late 1980s I have watched them go to Dodan Barracks and later the Aso Rock Villa to present the results of their discussions to the President/Head of State.
Death Sentence
The CBCN have appealed to President Bola Tinubu and Governor Ahmadu Finitiri to intervene and ensure that Sunday Jackson is not executed. They expressed surprise that he was sentenced to death, especially since the Adamawa State law has provisions for self defence.
Closure of schools during Ramadan
They also expressed concern about the closure of schools in Northern Nigeria during the Ramadan period. They stressed the importance of education and also talked about what they have done to promote education in Nigeria.
Return of missionary schools
The CBCN called for the return of all missionary schools that were seized by the Federal Government in the 1970s.
(President Tinubu said that the schools are now owned and under the jurisdiction of state governments, so he can't do anything about it. He reminded the CBCN that he returned missionary schools in Lagos when he was governor).
Religious pilgrimages
The CBCN said that government should not be involved in religious pilgrimages. They said that it is a waste of public money. They noted that several officials of the pilgrims boards have been removed for stealing money that was meant for pilgrimages.
Security
The CBCN noted that there was an improvement in the security situation and they sympathised with security agents that have been killed and injured while trying to bring peace. However they noted that more still needs to be done and that the problems are not over.
Economy
They also noted that there is an improvement in the economy. They welcomed the tax reform bill, but they also noted the suffering of people after the removal of petroleum subsidy.
Congratulations
They congratulated the President on his election victory and said that they weren't able to see him after their meetings in 2024, so this was the first time that they were seeing him after the elections.
this is beautiful and highly progressive. Catholic is indeed influential in the states and world at large
RZArecta: even if you don't think, at least ask or find out. That money in your pocket is property of the Federal Government of Nigeria and that why when it finally gets bad, only the government through the Central Bank have the right to destroy it. That föolish lady should be dealt with as a warning to other föols since she doesn't know what to do with money. It's not as if there aren't needy people around her
yes of course I agree with you. She has come up as the scapegoat.
A lot though do it offline. She just messed herself up
maasoap: Laughing . It is either u no go school at all or your brain dey prostrate. There is a difference between spending and destroying. That currency note is a state property, a government property.
among op wey tag me, na only you be the werey among them. Must you be so proud of stupidity. Weldone brain and intelligence constructor. Come tidy my own. Legbere…!
What she does with it determines how she shows off. Na your type of mumu she be wey she come online come do am.
It’s wrong, must be dealt with. But people do worse things.
Even the not spraying currency are still being sprayed, na who dey show off anyhow them dey catch
79733139: I was waiting to see a comment like yours, it is NOT her money to destroy or multilate, and this law is in all countries. It is her money to exchange for goods and services which she can then destroy. She can buy Coke and destroy it, but she is not allowed to destroy a legal tender/currency - this is the law and it is a crime to destroy any country's legal tender.
pablo Escobar according to report once burnt bunch of currencies to keep his daughter warm because the firewood got finished. I meant people actually do crazy things offline. Coming online is a great offense. 100% wrong and must be dealt with decisively
Mypeople2: She destroyed that paper note you are saying she is spending her money. Money is supposed to pass from one person to another, now she destroyed that money.
she should be dealt decisively with. What I meant was that carrying such silly act indoors would have saved her from intended persecutions. It’s really a big offense
BIGBANGTHEORY: the money belongs to government, she is only a temporary conveyor therefore liable for any damages on it. Such mutilation occurs every time, it becomes a crime when you created evidence of doing it. Imagine what will become of the currency if those brainless genzees actually catch up with the trends. Punishment should be spelled decisively on this person without mercy as fast as possible to deter the trending of such nonsense.
💯agreed. Crazy things as these never takes time to spread amongst her kinds
FoolishBoy419: It is not that simple. The notes are not exclusively hers. CBN did not spend money to print them so that someone could destroy it. They printed it to ensure money circulation. Each of that 1 thousand notes could have gone through hundreds of hands but thanks to her alone, they're gone and it is a net loss for the country.
Sure, you can keep the notes for eternity if you wish, but there's something called 'terms of use' and she's violated that.
yes 💯agreed. Even though people do worse things offline. She was just too silly to have come online to showcase her ignorance and stupidity. By all standards she deserves to be persecuted as a lesson to others. A scapegoat indeed
Governor Charles Soludo has asserted that his administration's resolve to clamp down on those purveying evils in the state.
“All the dangerous native doctors are on the run. Because light and darkness cannot be in the same place. Evil must give way”, Governor Soludo said.
However, traditional doctors in Anambra State have pledged their commitment to working with the state government to ensure the success of the ongoing sanitisation of traditional medicine practices in the state.
Innocent Okwundu, the chairperson of a group of traditional doctors, made the pledge during a meeting with the leadership of the Anambra House of Assembly in Awka on Thursday.
Mr Okwundu, who led about 500 members of the group to the assembly, said the recently enacted Anambra Homeland Security Law and the Agunechemba Security Outfit were positive developments in the fight against crime.
He said native doctors in the state were ready to collaborate with the legislature to smooth rough edges and tighten loose ends so that the practice could be properly regulated.
“We must avoid intimidation and rip-off of our members, especially in the rural communities. We will contribute towards ensuring that the law guarantees us independence and smooth operations.
“We will assist in identifying those who have bastardised the traditional medicine in Anambra and expose those aiding or involved in the ‘Okeite’ or money ritual saga,” Mr Okwundu said.
Responding, Somtochukwu Udeze, the speaker of the assembly, said Governor Charles Soludo’s administration’s Homeland Security Law meant well for the people.
Mr Udeze, who was represented by Ikenna Ofodeme, said a bill was underway to address some of the areas the traditional doctors were worried about.
He said the law would bring about synergy and cooperation between the government and the native doctors, adding that registration of practitioners by the state government was free.
native doctors/spiritualists like sey no be inside bush and thick forests dem dey find them. People go still find them go. They’re always there. Soludo be talking as if na government employ dem. Rubbish and baseless talks. They are mostly representatives of the gods, nothing any mortal can do to rid them off so easily. If not, he is sure to face spiritual attacks.
And those who says juju don’t exist, should pray not to have a spouse that will use it on them. Because that will be the easiest ways to confirm it existence. Juju is a spiritual affair. A local name for it.
teekay213: I'm currently dating a lady who's 41yrs.but she's lazy and dirty.she doesn't clean the house,that's washing plates,she can leave used plates for days.
our kitchen is dirty and parlour as she will not sweep.she doesn't wash her clothes not to talk of my own clothes. She wears her clothes over and over again.she can be on tik tok for hours .I have also turn house boy in my own house because I do most of the chores as I don't like dirty place.
These bad behaviours among others but she's contributing financially in the house. House rent ,bills and foodstuffs.and also have family that can help easily.Me too am an hustler but the Nigeria economy is hard you can't pay the bills alone. Most ladies am seeing out there are dependant and after money and material things.
I don't know what to do... please advice me.should I leave her?
as long as you benefit from her economically, do well to assist her on aspect of hygiene. Although it could be tiring, annoying and discouraging sometimes but no one is perfect everyone has their short falls. Just make sure she is the type that listens, takes correction and readjusts. If not, if she has pride there will be serious issues too often between you both. My fears is the cooking aspect of hygiene because a Lady must enter the kitchen to do one or two.
GistMedia0: A Nigerian lady has ignited controversy after a viral video showed her cutting out the "1000" inscription from a ₦1,000 naira note using a pair of scissors and using it to decorate her nails. The video, which has since drawn widespread backlash, has many Nigerians calling on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to take action against her for mutilating the national currency.
Under the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Act, defacing or mishandling the naira is a punishable offense, yet cases of naira abuse continue to surface online. Social media users expressed outrage, with some labeling her actions as “reckless” and “disrespectful to the country’s economy.”
"People are struggling to get cash, and someone is here destroying money for fashion?" one user commented. Others urged authorities to make an example of her to deter further violations.
well, I don’t think there is anything wrong in what she is doing. She’s simply spending her money like every other person would. Where is wrong is she actually coming out to showcasing it online
