how can the igbos be the problem? when they are the ones trying to push the industry to another level. i hate when foul mouthed haters like you talk and very soon when u finish your so called study u must deal with them in nollywood, it all takes money and for good movies to be made in Nigeria the govt. must come in by co-sponsoring some movies and someone just said that the film institute in jos has it all, without the igbo film makers there will be no nollywood and this is just the starting of the Nigeria film industry, maybe the present generation of directors and producers are not going to make this a reality but before the next ten years i think there will be many changes in Nigeria film industry, people are here talking about south African films and winning Oscars, hoe about the rest of Europe that has not seen Oscar even though they have all the machinery (schools, equipments, fund)

Nigeria music has also come a long way and must be shown respect by this badly-informed members (Sade has won the Grammy and Seal too and Dr. Alban too has gotten many awards and today we have many young Nigerians making us proud in different parts of the world with their music

i definately think nigerian movies are scarier for the simple fact thats moat of the plots can happen in real life and because of the special effects they be havin in the movies I mean common have anyone of u seen Living in Bondage That movie scared the shit out of me when i was a child, It still does now lol

I see where ur comin from because yes as humans it is our human nature to react with caution to a situation such as the 419 case but if u think about it the scams that the scammers do are so dumb and unbeliveable when you think about it U jus have to be smart enough not to be fooled by their scams I mean all scammers, not jus nigerians, prey on naive people who fall for such things so u jus have to outsmart them and not be blinded by ur own greed and like i said not every nigerian is a scammer jus as like not every jamacian smokes weed or have drug addicts

I went to see the movie Something New (which was good by the way)  and they showed a preview for Monique's new movie Phat Girlz. In the movie monique starts dating a man from Nigeria, but its so obvious the man is not really Nigerian . Anyways in the background African Queen was playing. I personally think that 15 and 20 is a big age differece. He almost an adult for crying out loud. Those shows are so not real. Most of those  people on the shows are up and coming actors who are looking for work so the agencies they are with sends them these roles to do. How do i know this? Well, one of my friends is a up and coming actress as well and she always gets offered jobs form her agency to work on Next, but she always turns them down agency. Even when ur watching the show u can tell that these people are actors and actresses.
