i buy frm farmers and there are a lot of them around me. I dnt farm myself,purely into smoking. It's all abt packaging. We smoke with seasoning and garlic which makes the fish taste 'wow'. If you have a taste,you wil definitely buy more,and I pack according to how I bought frm the farm,after puttin my profit. It's nt a fixed tin cos the market is flexible wit its prices. So I do wat suits me and dat's the reasn packaging and brandin is highly important. Never sell ur product unbranded.
