Copiousworld: Nice subject i think change in weather is quite alarming. I came into Lagos 2wks ago and the next day i came down with cold, blocked nose, sneeze a lot and headache, i have been to pharmacists and even went to see a Doc, received various medications which have all been completed but to my surprise i still carry blocked nose for 2wks. I am feeling very uncomfortable with this new development. Though i sleep with AC all through the night not sure if this is contributing to my stuffy nose. I would appreciate more comments from this forum.

Smoking weed shuld nt be judged by any living persn as a bad tin. Who are we to judge. This stuff is nt entirely bad. It's like a gun,it can be used for either good or bad,depending on the mind using it. A drunk policeman killd an innocent man wit a gun assigned to him to use to protect. For me I've developed a runny nose and sneeze a lot. At night breathing is kind of difficult and I dare nt put on the air conditioner. In the mornings I feel like staying beside a fire. The effects to me are similar to that of harmattan's which is nt usually by this time of the year. Did I forget to mention also that mosquitoes have reduced too. Lol.

At first,people assumed construction companies infused a particular chemical into the atmosphere which made rain not to fall and the attending consequence being 'this' weather. Funny.
It is a well known fact that this is nt d kind of weather we experience by this time of the year; cold and dry air,no rainfall and less sun. Infact the weather has gone to affect people's health adversely. Most people dnt understand this weather yet and I guess it's important we talk about it. Change in weather has come and we have to choose to accept it and live with it even tho it's strange to us or choose to fight/reject it and face multiple health problems this period. More people have already died this period than died in the first half of the year put together.
Please fp moderators,we need to talk about this change in weather. While we contribute our own quota in educating the populace,let us bear in mind that change is the only constant thing in life and if the weather can change,why can't we?
So if I may ask,how has the change in weather affected you and people around you? What are the things you observe about this weather and what do you think about it?

I got a contract and I was asked to bring them the quotation and has been given the instruction dt they need not more than five people to work in order to reduce the cost.
The job which I evaluated and discovered that like 10 people will make it fast and well done within d number of days needed. I now decided to present the quotation in two parts; I listed the materials needed in which d costs has been inflated and some repeated in diff names and forms. I listed the charge for labourers. In which the total cost of both amounted to 220k against my original cost of 150k.
That's additional 70k diff. The quatation was submitted and unfortunately the day I was asked to come for the defend, I can't make it! I had to send two of my boys over there in which the person said he can't pay more than 150k, buh later changed it to 140k due to not being smart of my guys.
D bottom line is dt I only had 10k shortage and its ok and its very sure dt if I'm arround to defend it, I will win it more dn the said amount which will even be a plus for me.
Wwe r starting the job by Sat and spending just five days. Insha Allah.
So, dts d advice I want to chip in as regards quotation.
