Leyqute: He’s a decent coach but he’s a terrible judge of player skills and characters. And he overinflates his scouting abilities - he‘s not as good as he thinks he is.
Tell me why ETH, after meeting the team and watching a few games the season BEFORE he resumed work at Man Utd, couldn’t identify the weaknesses of these players?
If he were as good as his hype at that time, he would’ve gotten rid of some of these players BEFORE he came in. Didn’t he want special powers on transfers? How come he squandered that power (plus including plenty club funds) on players like Antony and co?
He’s very naive. He is still setting up to score goals and win games by any means even though the performance is terrible. This is not the Eredivisie where your opponents don’t have quality players. Those bad performances will catch up with him 100%.
He’d have some leeway if this was his first season. But come on! You’ve been with these guys for over a year and, worst come to worst, you still can’t play to their strengths. For wasting our funds on Antony, Mount, Malacia and co he deserves a thousand lashes. For failing to implement an attractive and relatable style of play after nearly 2 years while Spurs and Villa have done it in less time than that he deserves another thousand lashes. He met players that were not capable of playing attractive, possession football and bought more players that are not capable of playing attractive, possession football. He has himself to blame. |

Sometimes I have this utopian view about developed nations till things like this bring me back to reality. Canadian organized crime dey solid. They are heavily affiliated to New York mob and dey deep into weapons trafficking and drugs. To move cars through those ports those Naija goons must shake body for the omo onile. There is this bloody mafia family in Quebec that was piling up bodies one time over there until most of them were gunned down. I think there was even either a movie or TV series based on them. |

Leyqute: He couldn’t stand the pressure and threw away his tactics and methods. He panicked. He should have pushed through with his system and style changes in his first season, because that was when people might have been understanding, especially if we noticed an improvement in quality of play towards the end of the season or in the early parts of the 2nd season. The blame is partly on him however for being so poor a training ground coach that after a full preseason his players started the season like he had never trained them and conceded goals so easily. Some of the blame is on the lazy and technically limited players also. The players are not technically good enough to play the attractive football Shitty and Assanal play (also partly due to his recruitment incompetence), BUT they are not so bad that Luton Town, Wolves, and Burnley should be dominating possession against us and every team we face gets dozens of shots against us. He needs to go because he willfully wasted the club's money on mediocre players, and because in his 2nd season the team's play has regressed. All these scrappy 1-0s and 2-1s are not sustainable and are papering over huge cracks in player quality and in team structure. |

Itsrm: I wonder how they managed to export the cars out of Canada. I know US customs does clearance before any vehicle is allowed to leave the port. They have been doing it for a while. There is a large racket in Canada involved. I suspect organized crime a.k.a Mafia are involved. They have a lot of sway in those ports over there. |

raumdeuter: My LGA where I served in Bauchi is very close to Potiskum and I can imagine how backward the place is. My LGA then we had a doctor who lives in Jos and travels down every 2 weeks, the other doctors in the govt hospital na 1 permanent 2 NYSC. (One batch A and 1 batch B). The batch A left so a a time the hospital had just 1 perm and 1 NYSC. It was also the LGA headquarters serving numerous villages
But they paid NYSC doctors 70k per month while regular NYSC na 7500 Potiskum no too bad like that in terms of the general hospital. They had a good number of doctors there if you count corpers as well. It is the main town in the state, but because it is a border town it was not made capital. Yeah they used to pay us around that 70k while other corpers were earning much less. One time a number of female corpers started beefing themselves over who would be cooking my food. I had to shun all of them to avoid making enemies. Lose-lose situation. They wanted to scuttle my nascent mentorship program. But omo i worked for that 70k as one of only 2 docs in the LGA. Imagine working from 9am-5pm and as you get home at 5.30pm they come to pick you again that there is snake bite. You get back home by 8pm and as you are about to have dinner, they come get you that there is woman in labour. As she delivers at 1am someone comes in with a child with sickle-cell crisis. Oh i remember one thing Potiskum had. The largest cattle market in West Africa. Maybe na wetin make the economy big pass Anambra be that. |

If you need anymore evidence Obidients are cultists, look no further than trying to argue for such absurdity.
Had I made that comment about any data set in any APC state (which I do regularly), it would have passed without comment as a rational observation
But not Obidients, they must defend, draw false equivalence etc. A movement that runs unnecessary propaganda in opposition is no different from the norm.

obainojazz: We know why people japa abroad, now ask Raumdeuter why Anambra people are immigrating to Lagos and other states…. Is it to become doctors, nurses, work in the bank or mostly to do business 😵💫 The argument was Tinubu built Lagos and people were running there but the argument is suddenly shifting to I said Anambra is better than Lagos…. Lagos has always been number one before Tinubu. You serve your Oga in business finish, they settle you and you want to open shop…. Won’t you check population first 😵💫 The same business they doing in Lagos, is same in Kano, in Ibadan, in Ekiti, in Kaduna…. The proportion of the businesses obviously will have to match the population of that State. Chicken and egg. Business drives population up, population drives business up. |

ChristineC: Ten Hag can be helped with recruitment. he's clearly not a competent judge on player attributes or quality. the insistence on signing Mount to shore up CM position was where it was underlined for me. he has some basis because he oversaw quality style of play just before joining United, so a "competent board" will look at the data, then draft a review of his contract terms. get in someone with a track record of recruiting right behind the scenes and we'll see if there's improvement on the pitch. Wetin don loss don loss. He should have asked for help with recruitment when he joined the club. It is too late for that now. He should go and ask for recruitment help in his next job. |

Even Shea Lacey isn’t back even though he seems to have recovered from his injury several weeks ago. We didn’t even play our full best players against our main rivals. Meanwhile City recalled their bad boy Oboavwoduo from Under-21 to face our Under-18s. |
