Some of the simple final balls are inaccurate cos they appear rushed. If you make a pass in haste it is more likely to be inaccurate or intercepted.

Auba needs space and he won't get it playing centre. He has to shunt wide to find space. Yet we need someone at the centre to press and hold up play. In this formation, our CF is not the main goal outlet it's the wider men. The same applies to Liverpool. It's that simple. Auba playing wide does not make him the winger, it's just the formation, simple. That's why Arteta can use AMN at LB, this is so he can act as the winger when we push forward. Unless Arteta has other plans, I don't see Auba playing CF,

No he didn't. Teams generally don't play with no10s anymore so maybe that limited his options. He has a good footballing brain, and a sweet left foot but too slow to be a world class RWF.

When you want to criticize or ask for more from a player, you don't start with your best player.....in this case Bruno Fernandes.

You just like to argue for no reason. Is it that you always skip the countless posts here criticizing Pogba, Martial, Rashford, De Gea, AWB, Shaw, Maguire, Fred, McTominay,Matic, Lindelof, Bailly? Or were those posters typing in tongues so you couldn't understand?

Nobody is STARTING with Bruno. Other players have been criticized here and more severely.

I think it’s more of fans’ lack of trust in the team. And going by the last few shitty performances, you won’t blame them for thinking like that.

Anyone who watched the last three games (full time, not highlights or livescore), and has seen the blunders, fatigue and inconsistency of the players in these games won’t be confident going into the next match.

Is Suso better than Mahrez or Sterling?

Funnily enough Suso was in the same Liverpool youth team with Sterling and they were the best attacking players they had, playing at about the same level. I believe Conor Coady of Wolves was the captain playing CDM and CB.

Suso played no 10 and i really thought he and Sterling could go on and be big stars.

Ronaldo could have stayed at his 2008 level and he would still have made money and ended up being a football legend. Rather he kept improving and critiquing his own game and now he is a football god.

Asking for your best players to improve is not a diss o. It is the surest way to victory.

Liverpool has 4-5 super performers and the rest are okay players.
Our super players are key. We have asked Martial, Pogba, Rashford, Maguire, Greenwood to improve. Bruno has just one head like them. He too should improve, cos that is the surest way to success.

For this team to challenge for titles our best players like Pogba, Martial, Greenwood, Maguire and Bruno have to improve, and we also need to get in more quality additions, while the younger and upcoming players like Williams,McTom, AWB also improve their game.

The reason why people want Bruno to improve (at least the reason why i say it) is because I seriously believe in him and know that he can get even much better, and that when he does this great things will happen for the team.

There is a reason people are not asking Jones, Pereira, Mata to improve anymore.

It is just a simple sturvs.

Bruno needs to improve. And he is not comfortably walking into Pep’s Man City 1st 11 of this last season.

It is still too early to predict how next season will be.

I expect it to be competitive at the top and believe the Top 4 will be the same but the arrangement could change.

The outcome is going to depend on the transfer improvements and the progression of the young players (which both United and Chelshit have many of).

Bruno gave some nice passes yesterday but was thinking like a mad mad at some certain points in the match....

Bruno is a very good player and was crucial to our making top 4 BUT there is still room for improvement. His vision is top notch and he has little to improve on with that.

However his execution is inconsistent. There are several instances of him messing up a simple pass, often because he has rushed the pass and not put the right weight or angle on the pass.
He can complete those passes easily on his good day but sometimes he just does not take enough care when making them.

His work rate, mentality, leadership are all top notch. He just needs to work on his execution and our forwards will benefit immensely from it.

I expect that he will actually be better next season in terms of his play in general and the consistency of his passing in particular.

Ask Chelsea Fans about Emerson's promising Starts/Stats, and what's happening to him after he returns from Injury. Odoi hasn't been himself since he returned from Injury as well.

Shaw is beginning to pickup after how many Seasons he had that career ending Injury? Rashford will be fine. Let's try to be patient with them, coz they're Humans like us.

Exactly. Martial's talent level is higher than Rashford's. That is what people need to understand. If they are both serious 100% Martial will be the better player.

Rashford's advantage is that he is faster and mentally tougher. Can play under any manager (including the one that played him at wing-back against Liverpool) without sulking or complaining. If it is pure footballing skill the difference is clear.

Go back to the first game of the restart i observed that something was not right about Rashford's movement. He broke a bone in his spine from too much physical workload. Think about that.

Then when you factor in the importance of the back in running you know how that can affect not only performance but confidence.

Rashford that was always taking people on and going on endless runs these days you see him standing on touchline whipping in low percentage in swinging crosses all day.

He will never have Martial's close control or silky touch. What he had was superior pace and stamina, and the occasional trickery. For now what i see is a player who is low on confidence because his body is betraying him.

I was not actually advocating that you sell him. What i meant was IF you sell him NOTHING SPOIL. I have great belief in those 2 boys Martinelli and Saka.
No fear and plenty of skill. They will deliver the goods if given the opportunity.

Also IMO playing Auba in this inside forward position hinders your game more than any tachere linkup play that Lacazette offers.

You guys should start Auba at CF while Lacazette can be his sub. Play real wide men like Saka, Pepe, Nelson in their positions. Martinelli can fight for shirt on the wings and as CF as well.

This 1 winger, 1 inside forward, 1 impotent CF formation is not working well.

Martial is a natural baller. He is only going to get better as he gets used to playing the no 9 position. He is already getting stronger and his hold up play is getting better every day.

Those 2nd half moves he made were incredible and i expect him to kick on next season and be even more effective as a no 9.

Nobody's unseriousness will rub off on him. And Rashford is a serious player, i wonder where you got the idea he was not serious.

He is not as talented as Martial and he is not playing at full physical fitness. That a player is off form does not mean that he is not serious.

Laird is comfortable on the ball, pacy and strong. Would be an upgrade on AWB offensively but AWB is a defensive beast. Also we can't allow that 50m burn just like that.

For next season i would still start AWB at RB with Laird as his deputy. In 1-2 years Laird would have gained enough maturity on the defensive end and might become the man for that position.

Laird's main issue (like most of our other defenders) is his tendency to pick up small, niggling injuries.

He is a grown man. Cristiano Ronaldo did not allow the unseriousness of Quaresma or Rooney to affect him. Messi did not allow the unseriousness of Ronaldinho to affect him.

If he does not make it despite the support of his manager playing him in his preferred position and giving him his preferred jersey number it is on him.
Martial is older than Rashford in case you don't know. He is not a baby.
