Go to the market (forgotten the name) where those welders,foundry craftsmen and technicians etc make grinding machine, shelling machine,peeling machine ,squeezing machine etc.
Walk around your area and check out the different activities.
These are just a tiny aspect of the sub economy .
It is then you will understand .
Ibadan had the most balanced economy in Nigeria.
Switch off the oil and Ibadan is still rocking.

If individuals can erect 4 or 5 storey buildings in Onitsha, it should be expected that a state govt that earns over N30 billion monthly income should be able to do that on a MASSIVE scale at subsidized cost.
