diluminati: to the layman let me explain. the clueless government didnt foresee that u.s will rely on shale and dump the brent they were too clueless to see it, no doubt about that so they loot and stash, $20 billion? remember? and even more, then the price of crude drop coz america does not need our stuff again so it was hard getting dollars, what needs to be done is to ante up the naira, so america finally says ok, we will give you N200 for now, you cant bring it back down unless you return your stolen money
Now what is the stolen money, remember the dubious south africa arms purchase? the same arms that end up with boko haram? so they laundered the cash through firearms purchase. I think you are wrong. Madueke warned in 2013 .Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, had in May, stated that the shale oil revolution was “one of the most serious threats” to Nigeria and other oil-producing nations. http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/opec-warns-us-shale-boom-set-to-erode-crude-oil-demand/153046/They anticipated it. They worked towards diversification. I was with a group of youngsters this morning and I asked if they anything about the price of rice throughout December and they said, it did not changed in December as was the case in past. It is either some of you refused to read or are out-rightly mischievous. "Who come to advise you" is totally different from appointed advisers. Ishilove: First to comment...yaaaay!!

That aside, I feel you bro. I've been in that kind of situation, the only difference was that it was in a cab in Ondo state. Those familiar with Ondo cabs will know that the drivers squeeze 6/7 passengers into a space for four.
So there I was in this cab, on a very hot and sunny day (they don't call Ondo 'The Sunshine State' for nothing) when this Mama, should be in her 60s, raised one aged buttock and let one rip. She now turned to us her co-passengers, smiling and ignoring our shocked and annoyed glares, said cheerfully "e pele o. Ma binu" (trans: pardon me).
And oh, did that motha stink! In the humid and cramped space!!
What could we do? In Africa we respect our elderly citizens so ignoring Mama's infuriatingly cheerful demeanour, someone collected the broken winder from the driver and cranked the windows all the way down. This was after the driver had initially refused to hand it over because according to him, he couldn't find it. However, by the time Mama Agbalagba Nla released the gaseous remnants of her breakfast, nobody told the driver to fish out the missing winder in a jiffy.

Weeks later, his hometown was in the rather. Police station was attacked and army ambushed. He said, the army did not use enough force.

The generals spoke on the condition of anonimity are cowards. The kind that run when Biko Haram shouts Allahu akubaru! before they can even touch the trigger. Real soldiers are afraid of nothing. These are the soldiers that sabotaged the war effort because of their sympathy for BH.
They simply should be ignored if they are not the creation of APC media propaganda machinery. |

Nigeria is bleeding profusely. What are they supposed to sense? Ihejirika pounded them like this and your northern elders cried human rights and genocide. The tempo was reduced and they regrouped with better weapon. GEJ wanted better equipment, US shouted human rights and placed embargo on arms deal with US, Isreal and they exposed a black market deal which APC milked for propaganda. They blocked air passage through Saudi. Last option China, paki and Russia. Ukraine issues hampered Russian arms deal. All these while GEJ was pushing for collaboration with neighbouring countries to block access route and deal with the idiot. It matured at a time you guys were using it as a campaign slogan. papaejima1: rubbish! The real issue is that it was you guys that were sabotaging the fight against Boko haram. You are compiling materials right? Go ahead.
Meanwhile, listen to yourself, " for more than 14 hours we never got the any help. When the Insurgents eventually came and we were been overrun by superior firing power with several of our men being killed, instead of allowing the insurgents to capture those equipment, I ordered that they should be destroyed before we took a retreat"
What equipment were you trying to destroy if the BH came with superior weapons to what you already had?
For your information, the war against BH is now being won because your types have been weeded out of the army, troops morale is higher when they no longer have to fear their comrade shooting them from the back. Also, Nigeria is arming up at an alarming rate. The inventory will give you headache sef BTR 80 BMPT BVP-1 IFV T-72 MBT T-84 Oplot CH-3 drones Mi-35 Super Hinds Super PUMA and Gazelle Helios The Igirigi LAV Inkas Light Armoured vehicles and many more.... These the BH have no answer to.
So oga generals, go siddon for gutter or if you are very angry go swallow one bomb.

dealslip: Buhari is only slightly better than GEJ is some aspects such as security because of his military background, asides that, I dont see what he is going to do differently about the economy, infrastructures and corruption. To make matters worse, he is surrounded by corrupt individuals mostly from PDP. This people cannot milk Nigeria dry under PDP and then crossover to APC to continue the looting under another name. APC is lies all through and through. Buhari is the only positive I can point too in that party and so cannot help Nigeria in anyway. Apart from the rumour that he is sick, he is also old. Ruling a state at that age is strenous not to talk of a complex and volatile country like Nigeria. Nigeria is a strategically important nation in the world, we cannot afford to hand it over to hyennas and jackals preaching lies and change at the same time. To be honest Fashola is actually what gave AC any shot at recognition, Tinubu is only riding on the job Fashola did in Lagos to baptise himself as the change agent and opposition, as a governor he didnt do much himself, half the time he made a lot of noise and fought OBJ, the civil servants, sold many of Lagos state property to himself and cronies, installed family members in strategic position and owed the pensioners for three years. Ogun, Oshun, Oyo states didnt experience any significant change till date. AC became a bride because Fashola made little progress which to me is still below the pass mark. The lies that brought APC together will definitely split them. Imagine Atiku, OBJ, Tinubu, Amaech in one camp. this is greed personified. This is disastrous for Nigeria. The likes of Tinubu, Amaechi are already eying the juicy areas where they can start feeding their greed. Buhari is not exactly a bad guy but APC is definately is Achilles Heel. Well spoken, even the security stuff.....military background not withstanding.. |

Tranquill: “General Buhari is not a magician, “ adding: “He will not find you a job if you do not go out there and help yourself.” Mrs Amosun told “armchair critics” that to build Nigeria goes beyond sitting at a remote location and criticising on the social media. “We need to improve our literacy levels in order to tackle mortality rates and boost education, among others,” she said, adding: “It is beyond writing on social media,” to do this.
But this same people expect Jonathan to perform magic and find them job while they spend all their time playing draft and baba ijebu. Coming from Amosun's wife, there is God in heaven. The handlers will never allow these women talk again. Contradicting all they have packaged is a criminal offence in APC terms. |

Whynotthetruth: It pains me when some of you folks who claim to be intelligent end up proving the opposite. If your system & style of fight against corruption which unfortunately is championed by Buhari is right and fool-proof; why do we still have armed robbers & kidnappers even with all the jail terms and executions
Why not Google great and noble countries like New Zealand to see how their country runs; which curtails corruption to barest minimum. Technology as championed GEJ is simply their little secret. GEJ is for prevention while Buhari is for cure. And we all know that; "prevention is better than cure". Stop the crime from even taking place at all, not mere media drama in the name of fighting corruption...
Strong institutions not strong individuals bro, gets the job done. Forget all these your Adolf Hitler cult-like following of buhari.
