You need Two cups of unground egusi Two or three fresh peppers I kg of beef 200-800g of dry fish fillet or stock fish fillet A fist full of bitter leaf processed or 2 and half fist full of pumpkin leaf(Ugu) You can use baby spinach(never used this) Half cup of crayfish 1 cube of knorr (if you like) salt palm oil Onions 1. Cut your beef into cubes of preferred size. Wash and put into suitable sized sauce pan. 2. Cut/grind the pepper and add to 1 3. slice half ball of medium-sized onion and add to 1 4. add a cube of knorr to 1 5. add half spoon of salt to1 . Adjust to taste. 5a. Add water to just cover the meat.Too much water will reduce the flavour from the boiled beaf. You can adjust the volume of water if the level reduces too much before the meat softens but I doubt unless you bought the beef from naija ![]() 6. Boil for 25-30 mins or until it softens. Moderate heat adds to the taste 7. While the meat is boiling, grind the egusi, grind the crayfish if you did not buy the ground one. 8. slice half of the remaining onion bulb 9. slice your Ugu or get your bitter leaf ready 10. when the meat is ready, place another dry saucepan on the burner (moderate heat) 11. Add a cooking spoonful of palm oil. 12. heat for 30-60 seconds 13. Add a little quarter spoon of salt 14. add sliced onions 15. heat for 1 minute 16. add the egusi and stir it for 2-4 minutes 17. Add the water from the meat you cooked slowly until it turns from pasty to fluid consitency 18. add crayfish, knorr cube(or maggi), add your washed dry fish 19 stir the mixture and do no leave the place. You could add a little amount of binder like ogbono at this point 20 allow it to steam for 8-10 minutes with stirring to avoid burning 21. Add bitter leaf or ugu 22. Allow to steam for another 4 minutes. 23. You could adjust the saltiness if you do not like the taste. be careful Hey did I just write all these? Hope this helps ![]() |
nonnyp:What time was your dinner? |
GenBuhari:Come on you even know that she got born again after they got married which indicates you have an idea of when they got married. Tell me oo ![]() |
GenBuhari You did not answer my question When did they get married or How long have they been married? if she became born again after she married Buhari are they still married? |
thisisEMP:Such a good point. |
With due respect, Ndipe, that War Against Indiscipline farce which Buhari imposed on Nigeria amounted to nothing but an official plunder day-pass for underpaid soldiers to swarm out of the barracks and invade Nigeria's city streets in an sin assembly of humiliation, abduction and robbery of innocent civilians, all under the ridiculous pretext of forcing those victims to assume the role normally assigned to city dump truck crews throughout the rest of the world. From Jakumo https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-5233.0.html |
GenBuhari:When did he get married to the Christian? This 'he has a Christian wife' fever was started last year December 17 from one Nigerian forum Is it possible he just got married to a 'christian' boost his chances? That's the height of desperation |
Someone said somewhere in nairaland that he is only past Nigerian leader with only one wife. The person was campaigns for Buhari. |

@Time2think If my first post on this thread is not amusing to you then I wonder what will tickle your fancy. I mean, the way the writer interpreted her accent and mistakes is hilarious. We all make mistakes while speaking however she lost it and she committed a progrom . |
Arosa:Was she? I know she died in 2006 but never knew she was a Christian. I was waiting for GenBuahri to tell me he remarried and that his new wife is a Christian, then I would have concluded he married a Christian not for the fun of it but for political reasons. Now you have told me what happened, GenBuhari has no argument. He married a Christian and imposed sharia on her, then Pastor Bakare is an endangered Christian specie . He has now married Bakare. What next?He will soon be called forced to answer Alhaji Bakare after the election. ![]() |
Time2Think:Relax and enjoy the humour here. You are not the only GEJ supporter here. |
meine:What has beaf got to do with this? Where is Buhari's wife? Her being there or not is not in our constitution. Beaf is all for GEJ |
