Good try^

You said he was talking about the past?

'Is not affecting' does not sound like the past for me or may be I should repeat my English 101 class.

2. Exchange rate has been stable and 3. Interbank rate has been low.
Yea exchange rate and interbank rate will be stable because letters of credit (LOC) are no longer honoured and the volume of import has decreased. It is not as if there is increased industrial activities to fill the vacuum created by impaired importation because the banks are not willing to extend credit facilities and even when they do, they do so at cut throat interest rates.

How will the economy grow in such a situtaion.

It is very obvious that he was saying what he was asked to say. He has his own allegiance not minding his 'radical' stance.

4. We have continued with the banking reform.
grin grin
Until he visits Unity bank I will not believe him.

I am really surprised people are mentioning the Nigerian Police force. Do we really have a Police force? I am of the thought that we have a force of black clothed Militia men who are car particular specialists, Commercial vehicle and lorries/truck driver hounders.
A bunch of yoyos who spend as much as PHCN spends on Generators for feeding security dogs.
Police my foot.

So the PDP agreement represents the wish of the Nigerian people?

Why do we have a constitution then? INFS grin
PoliticsRe: Section 144: How Govs Saved Yar’adua by agabaI23(m): 2:01am On Mar 04, 2010
Bros, I think Jonathan acted too early to send jitters into these guys who would have otherwise supported him as a substantive president.
Nigeria is complex anyway.
PoliticsRe: The Cabal Has Finally Won The Battle. by agabaI23(m): 1:58am On Mar 04, 2010
I also make bold to say that the constitution of Nigeria supersedes any party's agreement.
PoliticsRe: The Cabal Has Finally Won The Battle. by agabaI23(m): 1:55am On Mar 04, 2010
Jonathan will be a fool if he accepts all these.

when I saw Sam Egwu and Aliero there I was sure of what i was gonna see in the text.

See intimidation. He should not insist on seeing the president! What a country?

The guys who were asking Jonathan to act can now see the backlash. All of the senators and Governors are self serving thieves.

Turaya and the cabals are winning.

dont need to mate - you on the other hand could do with an interpreter with  vacuous gibberish  like this:

what exactly are you on about here - it sounds like english but the sentences dont seem to make sense.

am i alone in thinking that a minister of information has a duty to keep the citizens of her country abreast with current developments and not leave them in the dark to second guess what might be going on.

or does everyone on here reason like agabaI23 and think that its perfectly normal for a president of a country to remain incommunicado indefinitely?
She just did that and you said she is talking too much. The cabals in government have refused even the acting president access to the president. How do you think they will allow the minister of information of know what is going on?

May be you want her to tell you that Yar' Adua's health is improving when in the actual sense she does not know her health status. You will later say she was deceiving you.
She only gave you the information she has. may be you want her to tell you lies before you believe she is doing her job.

BTW if you go through my post again and still stand by the highlighted portion of your post, then you may need a revision with your comprehension notebook.
PoliticsRe: Dora Akunyili Tells All! by agabaI23(m): 1:16am On Mar 04, 2010
^ I do apologise for the so many errors. I was in a haste to attend to somethings else.

Let me edit the post and see if you will understand it.

This is funny. You were condemning someone who refused to let the threadmill run without interruption and now you arecondeming those who want the water to flow without turbulence. What do you want?

If she insists on seeing the president, you will be the first to say she is overambitious after all the acting presido has not seen him.

And who told you that she will succeed where the president failed?

Easy guys!
Now does this sound to you like I want an incapacitated president to remain incommunicado or is it that you deliberately refused to address the issue I raised?
