@furacao ,  slight error there: 'it doesnt appear' ,  Jamaicans in the UK are VERY different from the ones in the US. The ones here in UK, 'gererally speaking' are a waste of space. Of course there will be exceptions.

WOW! i just love the results! I knew no matter how much i explain each sentence I would be accused of "hating on Nigerian women" "attacking Nigerian people" when CLEARLY, OBVIOUSLY, I am simply stating that we Jamaican AND Nigerian women are NOT too much different and also that I should not be judged according to my heritage or if i so choose to date an African man. You are "Jamaican" atleast you claim to be, Yardie is a term that we Jamaicans use to refer to ourselves. Yardie is a person who is either a resident of or have emigrated/children of emigrated from Jamaica which we call "Yard". Unlike the UK folks who want to type caste a yardie to mean Jamaican thug, its not so, Yardie to Jamaicans is what Salone is to Sierra Leoneans, As a "Jamaican" you should know that. DEAL WITH IT, If you were so intelligent as you claim you are you would know that it is utterly silly to come to a Nigerian website to rant and insult our intelligence like we are the only ones that sterotype. Sweetheart we live in stratified society,a one of hierarchy, its all about am better than you, you and you. A Nigerian woman thinks they are the best (for the record we are) and the Carribbean Women thinks they are the best, hell even in Nigeria an igbo woman thinks she better than the hausa woman, and even in carribbaen it is the sameeeeeee, am not going to tell you are the best to make you feel better, and you shouldn't go to website to validate who you are. Do you know how many time i have had to deal with such sterotypes (Black vs White, Jamaican vs Carribean, Jamaicans vs Black Americans, Black American vs Africans, Ghana vs Nigerian, West Africa vs East Africa,South africa) listen its life deal with it, instead of coming here and spilling you ignorance and what are you even doing here if you not Nigerian?

Jamo women in the UK are nothing to write home about. Very little morals. They do not get married but live with boyfriend, even when they are older and have children. One of my co workers is 48 and is always telling us how she and her son's girlfriend will be making dinner and breakfast in the house. The ones on the buses with green and pink weave and long nails, shouting on their pay-as-you-go T mobile phones just embarass other Black people here. The funny thing about a lot of them is that they look down on Africans because of our accent. TBut they hate that a lot of Nigerians are in middle management and have two or three degrees unlike them who finished at GCSE level (SSCE equivalent). ln my office, in the City, there are four black men, three Nigerians and one Ghanaian, but many African and Caribbean women. No Caribbean man anywhere.
The women love us but the men hate us and feel better than us, reminds me of Malcolm X's analogy of the field negro and the house negro!!!!

I am not mad. It has worked out for some people. I know a chap who is doing so well in Port Harcourt now with all the money he made in the UK as an overstayer.
The silly UK govt even did him a favour by 'sending' him back to Nigeria free of charge.

There is no big deal in overstaying. The dude should overstay, work and send all the money home. After a while, he can send home everything he had, then phone the immigration services that he is an overstayer. The immigration dept will deport him to Nigeria. This system will save flights and other expences money for him.
