Anyone has updates about this initiative? |
I came across this information some months ago and tried it following the procedure and rather than trap mosquitoes it was some other insects that got trapped in it such as you occasionally would see on waste food items left in the bin. Some modification might still be necessary to make it work waiting for report of successful use of this method. |
Have had some pleasing results from ARM and FBN Capitals. However you will need to check the value of you investment often as it rises and falls relative to the general capital market. Both have a variety of funds you can subscribe to |
distinct00: does any one kniw a broker who can open an account for me with 2000.00I re-read your request and realised you mentioned N2,000 not N20,000. Man N2,000 may not be possible in Nija for now. Least I know is N20,000 |
distinct00: does any one kniw a broker who can open an account for me with 2000.00Kakawa Asset Managers will do that for you. Kakawa has two classes of stockbroking account one you need five million to open which can also be run as a nominee account the other you can open with only N20,000 I recently opened my third stock trading account with them for that amount. Contact them at stockbroking@kakawa.com |
samwind1508 All I did on my android was to load enough credit for the Airtel unlimited bundle and send the code *440*16# and got subscribed(had to try it about thrice before I got subscribed though). I immediately started using without any adjustment to my setting. |
yogun Please visit First Bank their minimum for Treasury bill is N100,000 and the pay discount upfront. Discount houses are okay and well regulated I especially like Kakawa Discount Hse(their Guarantee Income Fund-50,000 minimum) though I also invest with First Bank Capital. |
Not so surprised about this as so many in Namibia actually rate their polytechnic higher than the University of Namibia according to the Namibia chambers of commerce. I believe if Yaba Tech is properly presented and a few things done right it will be rank much more higher than many Nigerian universities. |
According to webometrics website: 'The four indicators were obtained from the quantitative results provided by the main search engines as follows: Size (S). Number of pages recovered from Google Visibility (V). number of referring domains of that backlinks as provided by MajesticSEO. Rich Files (R). File formats: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe PostScrip, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint Google Scholar provides the number of papers' Sources http://www.webometrics.info/methodology.html Retrieved 24/07/2012 These are no indicators of quality and I am very disappointed in the managers of Unilag website for publishing this on their website as a credibility rating. I am do a lot of work with many universities around the world and have not seen any university that place a rating by Webometrics on their website as a credibility claim. Concerned authorities should sanction whoever is responsible as it is an embarrassment to the university. It should be deleted from the website immediately Unilag has much it can lay claim to, a rating by Webometrics is not a great statement. |
All you have to do get it going is to enter the serial number without including the first zero in the set of numbers and you are good to go |
Is there any contributor out there who is into e publishing and can give a guide on how to go about it hopefully speaking from experience. |
Reply to Ify 4king - I am a young graduate and tends to go into full time poultry farm, since you re in the biz already, i would want you to be my mentor. I intend investing about N500000 into it (land and housing not inclusive). I intend kicking off by September so I will need your help in these areas 1. Where can I get the best breed of chicks in the country? 2. How many chicks do you advice i start with regarding the amount in question? I have kept poultry for a while and stocked from different farms but my best result has been with Isa brown pullets from Amo Bying in Awe their stock is very good -health wise and in productivity. With N500,000 I advise you work to budget estimation that the birds will cost an average of N1,200 to the point when their egg production can be expected to suffice for feeding them from which point you can begin to expect profits from egg sale you may need if. 4,00 birds is a save estimation of birds for the amount you have of course minus housing and land cost |
For quicker returns (5/6 monyhs) on investment its fish but for a long term profit (1 year) consideration egg production is better. Also its easier to get customers for egg than fish |

I will advise that as much as possible (in Nigeria) keep to the ATM points that are owned by the bank that issued you the ATM card because if ever there is a problem such as over deduction, debit without dispensing cash etc it is easier and faster to correct in hours, but when it invovles the banks you will have to wait for some days. This is from personal experience |
