Hello op,i used to work in one of the banks but lost my job in december 2015.i worked as a contract staff for 6yrs without any promotion.i was already in school when i lost the job,completing the programme now is a challenge.a brother /sister should kindly help me out with a job.

I got to know about the coordination on this nairaland and since iam not doing anything at the moment i decided to gatecrash,i was given a pack we have just finished.am marking biology 2.thanks to nairaland

@amicable,Thank you for the words of encouragement.I know that i will get a better offer its just this debt that is giving me sleepless night,i really need a quick fix to clear it so i can have peace.

@amicable, I mean i have met with customers who were my friends and occupy key postions. iam not thinking of bank job anymore although if i see another bank offer as a full staff i will consider it. I have not thought of organising lessons, i will also look in that direction cos i read b.sc biological sciences.thanks

@Coltpython, Thank you for your suggestion,the bank does not give loans to contract staff,i collected this loan from our staff welfare scheme.These are monthly contributions from staff of the branch to help themselves in cases of emergency.The money is usually shared back to members in august with interest and another one will start again.There was no written agreement because i was a member. They are threatening me because the contribution will soon end

@amicable Thank you for response, i have met with people i knew in the bank who can be of help but nothing has come up yet,only promises, workers have not been paid in this state since Dec.Iam hopeful that something will come up but for now nothing yet,i will also explore the link you gave me thank you

Hello mamas in the house,iam new here though i have often come here to encourage myself.tears roll down from my eyes as i tell you my story.i had still birth with my first pg at 8months.took in after 6mnths and miscariage at 2months.i took in that same month and carried the pg till more than 9 months .the dr decided to induce me since there was no sign of labour. My dear sisters, the unimaginable happened,my uterus ruptured,my baby could not make it. my uterus was turn from up to down.it was so serious that they had to call the MD of the hosp. to attend to me, my uterus was repaired, God almighty miraculously brought me back to life.i dont have any child yet otherwise i could have given up ttc.pls mothers, can i still carry a child to term in this condition? I need your suggestions

Hello friends, Iam one of the bank staff that was laid off in dec.2015 i was employed as a contract with the promise that we shall be made full staff after two years.i worked for 6yrs without promotion or confirmation,even though i was the person processing all the loans in the branch.I couldnot resign for fear of unknown instead i secretly registered for my m.sc in parasitology.Dec 2015 i collected the sum of 350,000 from the bank staff welfare account to pay my school fees and do my project, but i was laid off at the end of the same month.The bank is now threatening to take legal action against me if i dont refund the money.i have tried to look for any kind of job to enable me pay the balance of 239,000 to no avail.pls friends i can do anything legally to refund this money pls i need help,iam so troubled,i need a job.If not for the debt, i was happy when i was laid off cos i was suffering and smiling. agibeloved@yahoo.com

I salute all the mamas in the house.i have been reading ur messages and experiences and they have been of great encouragement to me.am a new member,i nevernew anything abt IVF untill found this site.i hv ttc for 6yrs.I & hubby decided that we will go for either iui/ivf in november. we approached the hospital and after preliminary test i was diagnosed with pid and was placed on antibiotics for 2 wks.i work with one of the financial institutions and was waiting to use my end of yr bonus to make up the money my husband had for the procedure but my appointment was terminated early december.I was so confused and sad but i have a philosophy in life that anything i cannot handle God will not allow it come to me,i believe the battles i could not handle He didnt allow me see them.My beloved sister,the unimaginable happened,my period delayed for 5days and i decided to check today which happens to be my birthday using Preg.test strip and it came out positive,the same month i was sacked .hope this will encourage someone
