Financial autonomy by executive order instead of constitutional amendment.
The dividend of having a primary six certificate holder as president.
Bros, you shouldn't be surprised as you are in Nigeria. Leaders always playing to the gallery and supposed educated people will state debating for or against on something is very clear.

The 1999 constitution was hurried implementation of Abacha's life president planned constitution with minor tweaks.

Abacha planned to transform to a civilian life president, he was to make himself the overlord over the the National Assembly, Judiciary and State Governors, while the Governors were to lord it over the state judiciaries, legislatures, and local government.

The president had powers to remove/suspend the leadership of the National Assembly, Judiciary and Governors if they don't play ball. The same applied to the governors having powers over the State Judiciary and Legislative Assemblies and Local Government. It is the powers the Governors are applying to remove local government chairmen, because it wasn't modified, the power of the president to remove/suspend governors was modified in the final constitution which is being used now. wink wink wink
PoliticsRe: Surviving W.H.O. Depopulation agenda for Africans by agitator: 7:28am On May 12, 2020
It is a surprise that most people are still in self denial, after all the evidences have been laid out to them.

Someone said the world is too populated and needs to be depopulated.

He had been conditioning people's mind, but the controlled people are seeing those who saw through the ruse and rejected the conditioning as conspiracy theorist.

The same thing happened when people where told they are being watched by BIG SAM, until Snowden went public with the evidence.

These same useful id!ots will tell you china wants to spy on them but they are more safe with the US spying on them. angry

Can you plant crops in your village compound?
can u plant in bags of soil?
Do you have family and friends you can hire or borrow land from for duration of economic shutdown?
I mentioned before nobody to take care of it. I work in the construction industry, always on the move cry

It has limited me in most things I desired to do, no fixed holiday or Annual Leave. We even work throughout some Christmas holidays, resting only on 25th Dec and 1st Jan. Very tiring but man got to make some money to invest. wink

GenBuhari:
And we need to be quick about it whilst there is still freedom to move about. Total lockdown is likely soon and now is the time to plant crops.
It is a good idea but not everybody has land or access to land to plant crops.

I have been planning to go into farming since 2012 but no access to arable land. In addition I don't have a trustworthy person to take care of it.

This can't be Covid 19. People have been dying in drove like birds in the North before the emergence of Covid, so why relate every death to it?

Simple autopsy they won't do. What if it is a case of another disease more dangerous than covid? How are they going to know and prevent or treat it when they don't even have an idea of things going on around them?

These people will Reduce their population with their stupidity to the merriment of those pushing population control agenda and on the long run, a blessing in disguise to Nigeria.

He is more than all of that... He is a genius with way sharper intellect and IQ than most doctors on earth. He reads wide and has been involved in health programmes with professionals and knows a lot more than your certificate bearing doctors and physicians... You keep quiet!
Are you are part of the group or an ambassador?

Why have you been on a back and forth with everybody against the vaccine?

If I don't take the vaccine I will die, but if you and all others for the vaccine take it, you will be protected. Since you will already be protected, why force others to take the vaccine. It shows there is a sinister motive behind.

Nigerian "big men" always wants things to be exclusively for them and not the general populace. Anytime they are interested in the general populace there is a motive behind.

Not every Nigerian is vaccinated against yellow fever, and yet we don't have an outbreak of yellow fever threatening the nation or continent.

someone already mentioned malaria vaccine given to the west which protects them and the same so called vaccine is administered on Africans, yet Africans still die of malaria.

How may Africans have infected the whites with malaria?

Can you let those who are uninterested in the vaccine die in peace. cool cool cool
HealthRe: COVID-19: WHO To Commence Vaccine Trials In Nigeria by agitator: 8:17am On May 02, 2020
gretblue:
The headline is misleading
The news was on Channels TV yesterday. WHO have granted Nigerian scientists among other 89 countries to develop Covid 19 vaccines.
The implication is Pro Iwu and others can come up with their vaccines for Covid 19
No country needs WHO approval to develop vaccines. WHO approval is only needed after it has been developed and needs to be administered to humans.

Ignorance is bliss.

America vs China, who is more advanced in tech?? Like america, share china

.

Modified. , kindly mention 5 technology from china that has shaped/ changed the world cos I'm yet to see o..
.. there is different between technology and innovation
This clearly shows most nairalanders know nothing about technology, they just read news and conclude without thinking..
Well if you dont understand the bolded, let me give u examples
America technology changed the world , they discover
1. Android
2. Window
3.phone
4. Gps
5. Air craft
6. Space
7. Computer itself
8.microscope
9. Drone
10. Camera etc

Those are true technology
But discovering 5g is just an innovation of 4g..
What have the Chinese discovered that has changed or that has effect on the world financially, economically and militarily..simple
Nigga-area mentality on display grin grin grin grin

Someone posted how china is using home made technological equipment to fight virus, He is busy comparing US and China. cheesy cheesy cheesy

What has your Nigga-area done, during Ebola outbreak, it was very shameful reading of nigga-area citizens crying to US to come up with a cure, some even accusing US and some European countries of abandoning them to their fate. As if it is the responsibility of US and Europe to take care of Africans. Even the Arabs which nigga-area always mock as being backward are far ahead of them.

List one thing (other than natural resources) the nigga-area has produced that even African countries rely on. shocked shocked shocked huh huh huh
PoliticsRe: Discos: We’ve Offered To Return Our Licences Twice But FG Refused by agitator: 1:16pm On Feb 25, 2020
Gnaeusmagnus:
1.I use prepaid meter, and power isn't constant in my area.

2.We are not generating enough power for 24//7 light. When Lagos needs 10000MW alone for light 24/7.

3.I think Bonny is near a power plant. Power of proximity and all that.
it is just to debunk your claim that Nigerians don't want to pay for electricity.

A friends live in a place called Abuloma in Port Harcourt, almost everybody owns a prepaid meter, guess what, they have minimum of 22 hours power daily.

Another area in Warri, where almost all residences and shops are on prepaid meter also have power 24-hours.

My co-worker lives in a place called Woji in Port Harcourt, guess what they have almost 24-hours power, because everybody owns a prepaid meter.

You being a lone man in you area owning a prepaid meter will not make the disco give you power, but they can't lose revenue from an entire area. So those people enjoy more power. tongue tongue tongue
PoliticsRe: Discos: We’ve Offered To Return Our Licences Twice But FG Refused by agitator: 9:25am On Feb 25, 2020
Gnaeusmagnus:
Discos are declaring force majeure because they are not allowed to set their prices.

NERC forces them to in essence sell power at 30 % of the actual cost price, then there is the fact that most people don't pay their bills, and estimated billing even makes the matter worse, and even government agencies owe discos.

This means low income for the discos and by extension the Gencos.

Government could change things by allowing discos to charge the price they want, punish defaulters, pay the discos what they the government owe them, enfrce meter distribution, and so on.
I don't know if Nigeria is the only country where recommend prices are not adhered to, because it is successful in other climes.

Example a car manufacturing companies has dealership agreements, interested businessmen/women register with them. Most times the dealership is given a retail price ceiling for the products and they all adhere to the pricing set by the manufacturer.

But in Nigeria, the dealership after accepting the conditions of the manufacturer, would complain he can't make profit at manufacturer recommended retail price which he was aware of earlier.

Some companies have even gone ahead to print prices (Eg Indomie, and Coke, Fanta) yet the sellers always sell above the price. tongue tongue tongue

Did the banks inform CBN before employing the staffs?

Second base Abeg...
Bros chop knuckle, you sabi wetin dey.

But most Nigerian youths go get org azm for this kind news that is why the leaders they always play to the galllery.
They can not ask if CBN has that power to tell an entity what to do with their staff. Some of them think banks are link branches of a ministry under CBN where the minister of CBN can give order any how. huh huh huh
