If money was the reason they declined Koulibaly deal then they have just proved they have more money than sense.

Koulibaly at £50m is a better deal financially than Luiz at £32m, based on age alone, much less ability.

In case you do not know, weed happens to be ubiquitous in the riverine regions of the South South, It was more of a cultural shock to me in my early days there as I saw weed been smoked openly without the fear of being apprehended. Throughout my stay there, I never witnessed a weed smoker/seller arrested, hence my amazement.
