NtoAkwaIbom: hahahahahaha so na una money go trickle down to us nkor ntro ?
that's the IGBO mentality... Use dem, then alow some of it to trickle down to them... Reality Check Attache nigas... #Itippeke.
You see why I called you concrete mixer without brain. But I mentioned Sea Ports and Tourist Attractions that the water banks will provide, I also said companies will build down south due to promixity of the ports and others things too. Our people will come back home and it will stimulate economic activities down south, there would be lots of Import and export activities . Guy use your head and stop unnecessary hate. I will advice to use the stupid bile in your heart and channel it to Ibaka Deep sea port, and see if it will be built, maybe you can be a dockyard security man, and stop hanging along Nwaniba road looking for concrete work you will do. Just a piece of advice.
afroxyz: The SE lacks a critical factor that Rwanda has. LEADERSHIP. Without leadership, there is no direction. There is no clear cut leader among the Igbos. We should first hold our governors accountable before blaming the President.
Tell me the clear cut leadership in other regions, in the old we had Michael Okpara and Sam Mbakwe, nigeria is a nut case, from top down, the system has made it possible not to have any ideology and developmental plans to follow. Stop looking for SE to blame, every other region is fumbling, even Lagos with all the IGR is fumbling too, if u compare what is happening there and money it generates. Calm down abeg.
GQman: Nigerians, let us use Nnamdi Kalu, as an inspiration to become more engaged citizens and ask for better leadership. We criticize our leaders, but we have not been exemplary citizens or followers. We need to make our leaders know that we'll hold them to account. While we are tearing our house down, the rest of Africa is moving on. Take Rwanda for example: You'll think you were in Switzerland once you arrive in Kigali. Rwanda had a recent war! Rwanda is landlocked and is not richer than Nigeria. Rwanda is the cleanest state in all of Africa (take a look at the video below). The savvy African traveller knows that Kigali is far better than Abuja or Lagos.
The Southeast may be landlocked like Rwanda, and like Rwanda has alsovhad a genocide but look at what Rwanda has become. Can the Southeast meet the challenge? We hear that the southeast is roaring to emerge as the answer to the black man's prayer and is ready to compete. If you want to compete, look no further than Rwanda! Rwanda has set the bar high, lets see what Southeast can do. No be for mouth ooo!
If Biafra was an independent state, it would have been an example for Africa, this Rwanda you see takes STEM and research seriously, they invested so much in waste processing uses bio fuel to create mini power station that generate electricity. You can attest to the highly powered scientific team during the time of Biafra. I am not happy I tell you, we ought to be competing with the rest of word in Science and technology, but we are more concerned with who wins Jollof rice with Ghana. Ghana no be our mates in Research and Science, they have so many opportunities for people into those fields, even Gambia too. Let me stop here, I am just annoyed.
HopeAtHand: More like Old Eastern Region governors forum. No Delta, No Edo.. at least, fratermathy can hold his peace. .
Biafra actually needs Bayelsa Rivers and Akwa Ibom to be extremely viable. The Urhobo, Isoko, Itsekiri and Edo state should join the Yoruba people... I'm just postulating oh, no one should take my word for it.
And you know that there will be lots of economic activities down south if that is the case, the sea ports, tourist attractions, ship dockyards, more companies, our people will troop down home and it will trickle down to the riverine areas. It's a win win.
macjive01: Boycotting the election will only show how powerful Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB has become, it wont necessary force the FG to negotiate with him.
Boycotting the election will possible give the incumbent an avenue to award massive votes to himself, with hausa led INEC - aiding and Abetting to prevent the embarrassment of the low turnout from the IPOB boycott.
Boycotting this one, may not get you referendum, but if successfully done, 2019 will see how far the FG can hold on.
Agumbankembu your fellow Ipob Miscreant stays in Uyo, at Asong Ama... I stay in Nwaniba... shebi u Guys say dat I am scam.. I have told him places in we could meet.. so as to clear the air... but then he is scared.... like most Ipobs... he is only a Keyboard warrior.. his mouth ends online. Turn up at The Playground, or a sitout at 2lane or 4lane... let's sort out some things... and he is scared.
You can Escort him, and come, I will be coming with our Ndito Uyo... #NditorEdidiaNso Squad... give him all the Biafran backing you can... he will testify if I am Afonja or Idiot aboi.
Lol, right now I don't have time for urchins, low lifers and concrete mixers, which is what Nwaniba side is known for. I am in Abuja now, I have to handle business first before anything else. Uwaa? NtoNwaniba, whenever I am in Uyo, we'll meet up.
I know you are not conversant with the name Osong-Ama estate, because that's not an estate for urchins and concrete mixers.
We know the drill, these guys just want a valid means of identification for maybe bank or some other official stuff. Voter's card is free, let them register, but there would be no election.
If you bought a house in Lekki or built one, just forget it, the land itself is lower than the surrounding water bodies' level, things will only get worse, forget it.
pressplay411: OP Do you reside there? You want t to find out about something go there and confirm, don't just sit in the comfort of your home typing a load of nothingness.
There is no show going on there bro. I asked one of our members from Tai in Ogoni, he swore nothing is going on.
krendo: My greatest concern is Nnamdi Kanu stance of Anambra elections
I understand the reservation about the integrity of elections in Nigeria. I understand the history of rigging that meant that even Ojukwu lost election in Igbo land. But to ask our people not to take part in elections but turn around to demand for referendum missed the point that a referendum itself is an election that can also be subject to rigging.
The history of rigging in Nigeria shows that riggers are better armed when there is low voter turn out. It seems to me then that what IPOB should be doing is ask more people to go out and vote rather than encourage voter apathy.
Look the emotions generated by IPOB can be harnessed to end rigging in Igbo land and produce leaders who truly represent the will of the local people.
NO rather than threatening election boycott IPOB should be encouraging a voter registration drive before it gets too late.
At the end of the day nothing will be decided on the streets in the name of protests. Protest are good for raising awareness and IPOb have already achieved that. But IPOb need to play smart from here going forward.
Through vigilance, voter registration drive, get out the votes on election day, staying back to ensure results are announced at the polling units, following the results to collation centers to ensure no ballot box swapping, stuffing etc and demanding that INEC store all election material for inspection after the election if necessary it is possible to stop rigging.
It is time for IPOB to play smart.
SNP in Scotland want Scottish independence but in the meantime they control the Scottish devolved parliament
SinFein wants to unify Ireland but they are currently taking part in the local political process in Northern Ireland within U.K.
Nnamdi Kanu is a great student of history who should know better!
For all the courageous protest by Black Americans, progress on social justice and equality have come through changing legislation in congress
Nnamdi Kanu must be more strategic in his thinking
Guy this is Nigeria, shine your eyes, boycott the election and send a message to the center.
DieBuhari: While some people like ME are not happy with Nnamdi Kanu for doing the opposite, that is including the minorities in the struggle. What does Effiong have to say about the several statements coming from the minority tribes against Biafra?
Exactly what I said in my post above. The issue is that if it was only Igbos in IPOB, the clowns will be saying all sorts of things blaming us for not asking.
You include them in your plans, they will attacking you left and right.
It is a dilemma.
But what I know is that Biafra restoration is not far off.
From day one, NK has always said Biafra is not an Igbo thing, at a time, he said Biafra is not Igbo and Igbo is not Biafra.
The people who have been shoving the "Biafra is for Igbos" are the media houses and dingbats online.
Aren't they the one criticizing NK saying he should limit his Biafra to only 5 states of SE?
Currently the National IPOB Coordinator is an Ijaw man and the Secretary is an Ibibio man.
We have been extending the courtesy to others, Nd they have been mocking us and issuing press statements after press statements, warning IPOB not to include them in Biafra.
Phillip Effiong Jnr, like you said, you don't have the details.
Afonja, you want us to fight Fulani army and kill ourselves while you relax in Mowe and be sipping gbegiri and ewedu. You lie, since you claim to be a prof and don't want to be civilized, IPOB will show you how to act civilized by using all civility available to get a Referendum, then you can go hug yourselves with Arewa and sing Kumbaya.
Ladies and gents, I present to you the mind of a typical afonja. No wonder their backward minds are compatible with that of Mohamedian Emirates of the North.
adadike281: now, is he not speaking from both sides of d mouth? I am all for Biafra but not a blind follower. watch as your name will turn to afonja and cone head
Adadike see you don't do diplomacy with enemies of Biafra, if not they will make you feel sorry for even calling yourself a Biafran, but they are proudly Oduo and Proudly Arewa We should suffer the witch not to live, now that we have dealt with them small, let's try diplomacy and big grammar.
Igboesika: This is less important now. Let's have independence ist, death penalty for any corrupt Biafra public office holder, then other things can follow. If we can manage our resources very well, population shouldn't be a problem because population has its own advantage. Agumbankembu.
Yeah, true, but for the meantime, we need to use our heads.
Instead of your Shia brother who owns NewsRescue, to use his platform to let the world know what happened, he is using his time to dig up old Nnamdi Kanu's broadcasts to do propaganda with and demonize IPOB.
Misplaced priorities.
I remember after May 30th 2015, NewsRescue posted that IPOB is a terrorist organization that should be wiped out from Nigeria, it didn't take long before his brother was murdered in Kaduna shia massacre and he started crying online looking for sympathy.
This world be like standing fan, e go blow, e go also turn your side and blow you too.
I hope the arrested MC Oluowo. Taloski should be questioned, Talo has the evidence of how Mc Oluowo was funded by Jagaban's faction to dash Hamburger free close bullets because he sides with the opposition.
