***** ....... The survivor.... Glad to be among who were shortlisted for the promotional exercise that was to commenced on the 15th of July 2009,at the Lagos Technological Development Company (LTDC). Ayomikun had bought bought a whole lot of stuff for the journey he called the journey of his life. Ayomikun got himself shoes, suits and other foreign attires to the extent that one might actually think he's about to get wedded..His joy knows no bound as he had suffered to get to the position he's today. My life had never been on a smooth run exclaimed Ayomikun.. Everything was set for the journey,Food packed and enclosed in different bags of variant designs,I am going to Lagos for the very first time, this is going to be an experience for me.Ayomikun though happy, he felt he wouldn't be able to cope with the challenges he was about to face on his arrival to Lagos, the competition, his fashion sense amongst other competitors,he just couldn't stop having this thoughts... Let wait and see he said,I hope everything will fall in place, Ayomikun stood in akimbo while having this erratic and disturbing thought. Not knowing what's is before him on this journey,he popped into the bus the company had released for the journey and he waved at his colleagues, as the bus left the premises of the company... Watch out for next episode... I am a learner so you guys should rate my work and comment your views about it.. Thanks.. |

samuelpeters:I am so grateful for this wonderful piece of advice you stated for me, I am in one of the federal university of technology in Nigeria that doesn't offer medicine so I already have it in mind to transfer to a basic medical course; anatomy to be precise. Yeah, you're correct as regards how the feeling and passion will fade with time but a determined soul will always remain unshaken. As an ardent reader and inquisitive individual, I would like to know the name of that university you said allowed for the transferring from an Agric faculty to the college of health sciences maybe I can give It a second thought. Moving forward,I will be glad if you can enlist the names of University that is very affordable and more easier to get into to study medicine. Thanks. |

VeeVeeMyLuv:Thank you so much sir(just found out you are a guy/man) I am grateful, I will try working towards this wonderful piece of advice you've slated down for me. God blessings will never leave your abode in jesus name. |
I had always wanted to study medicine or anything related to health science but my passion for medicine was I can say beat all other courses I was introduced to. As we all know that medicine is one if not the most lucrative job in the whole world; I stand to be corrected, this is one of the factors why many secondary school leavers tend to show interest in the course as it is more likely they get a job immediately they are done with this prestigious occupation. My aspirations and passion to study medicine was truncated by the fact that I wasn't able to meet up with the cut off mark of the University I applied to, which made me to decide after the pressure from my parents to go for any other paramedical courses, unfortunately due to an unprecedented and unforeseen circumstances, i failed in that aspect and i was transferred to a department in the Faculty of Agriculture in one of the eminent university in Nigeria. This is my assertion,I want great scholars to advice me if it's still possible and achievable for me to study my desired course if I get the chance to transfer to a basic medical course before going for Direct entry. God bless you all. Happy new year to you and yours. |
VeeVeeMyLuv:Wow,I didn't know about that, thanks for your input sir/ma. I didn't know your field but if I may ask, are you a student or a doctor? what kind of advice will you give someone who wanna develop his studying skill to read and remember very well? thanks once again. |

It's a thing of joy and great happiness for both husband and wife to find childbearing an easy one, having children at the slated time they both agreed upon but this is a different and sad unprecedented one for Mr and Mrs adebayo(this is not their real name,I had to changed the name. It clocked 7 years that this couple got wedded, but still there's no child between them, they have gone for several counselling, medical check up and they were made to understand that both of them are medically fit, this raises a whole lot of questions as people who knew when this guys got married were bewildered as to the reason why they are yet to have a child of their own, funny enough;I was within the age range of 13-15 years when this couple got married. They have gone through several processes, several platforms, all sorts of methods not leaving out the traditional way but all their efforts proved abortive,I feel so sad and broken whenever I think about this couple,i pray all day for them hoping that one day God will answer OUR prayers. Here comes my question sir/ma, why do some set of couples find it difficult to have a child of their own even when they are medically fit and genetically compatible? And this second question goes to the married folks in the house, how long did it took you guys to have your first child? If it took you a long time, what did you guys do? Please share your experience as it will go a long way helping others lalasticlala Righteousness 89 |
