Let me even give an example. When I was a small boy, I used to be afraid of albinos. They were weird compared to all the black people I was used to seeing. It wasn't until I learnt that it was simply a genetic condition that caused melanin deficiency that I started befriending them and seeing them as normal humans with just something off. My mum even told me of her albino friend. Apply this to Homos.

I believe they already know. Reproduction is still being taught in schools.
