Good afternoon.

We are looking to return to our service of providing cars at the most affordable budget, even though in the current climate, most cars do not look affordable.

As usual, we will post cars with the cost of buying, shipping and clearing included.

They have removed subsidy for band A customers in all Discos since last year.

Band A customers for Aba power pay between 219 - 241 naira per kWh.

jmoore:
Those in Aba are already used to it.

Aba power is not benefiting from any subsidy.

I am in band C under Aba power and my tariff is 180 naira per kWh.

This did not answer the most important part of my post in bold below

Is a professor of Christian Religious studies also a Consultant to UN and EU agencies? What of professors of Yoruba or Igbo Language? How many of them can actually be co-opted into being Consultant to those agencies?

BlueRayDick:
Somebody shared the paylsip of a professor (CONUASS 7) on Twitter. He said Tinubu added 40k to this from what it was in 2023 which the payslip was dated(allegedly o, I don't know how true that is)

I am tempted to ask : All those professors wey dey use big SUVs, where dem dey see money buy am?

Grupo:
Interesting. Do you know if they ship to Nigeria? Or are they based in Naija. Also, can they ship to the East?

minista94:

Grupo:
Yes. It came with a chip. I'll finally go meet those key programmers. I thought it was something I could experiment with.

Grupo:
I got a blank uncut key which I have now cut. But it's not programmed.

I am wondering if I can program the new key to start the car without a tool. Haha.

Is this part of the agreement they had? Leave the subscription fee and charge us activation fee?

According to a Starlink representative, users in high-demand areas such as Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt will now pay an additional ₦80,000 ($52.24) activation fee, bringing the total cost of the residential kit to ₦690,000 (approximately $455). This fee, the company explained, is to manage congestion in densely populated zones.

Cities outside Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt are exempt from paying the activation fee. The standard monthly subscription remains at ₦57,000 (about $38), while the Starlink mini kit—a smaller, more portable device—retails for ₦318,000 (around $210).

Kindly put me through on this quantitative reasoning.

On June 17, Akhimie pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. Akhimie faces a maximum penalty of 20 years’ imprisonment.

This is the second indicted case related to this international fraud scheme. Seven other co-conspirators from the United Kingdom, Spain, and Nigeria have previously been convicted and sentenced in connection with this scheme. On Nov. 1, 2023, the Honorable Kathleen M. Williams sentenced Ezennia Peter Neboh, who was extradited from Spain, to 128 months of imprisonment. On Oct. 20, 2023, Judge Williams sentenced another defendant who was also extradited from Spain, Kennedy Ikponmwosa, to 97 months of imprisonment. Three other defendants who were extradited from the United Kingdom also received prison sentences. Judge Williams sentenced Emmanuel Samuel, Jerry Chucks Ozor, and Iheanyichukwu Jonathan Abraham to prison sentences of 82 months, 87 months, and 90 months, respectively, for their roles in the scheme. Amos Prince Okey Ezemma was paroled into the United States from Nigeria and was sentenced in July 2024 to 90 months imprisonment for his role in the scheme. Lastly, on April 25, the Honorable Roy K. Altman sentenced Okezie Bonaventure Ogbata, who was extradited from Portugal, to 97 months of incarceration for his role in the scheme.

I saw this Certificate in a business center, and was informed they had tried reaching out to the owner by all means but to no avail.
I am deeply touched, hence decide to make an effort in the little way I can.
Please pass on this message to groups. I pray it gets to the owner.

Starlink, the satellite internet provider owned by Elon Musk’s SpaceX, has resumed new customer activations in Nigeria, following an expansion of its network capacity and a regulatory pause that halted residential orders late last year.

“The internet service provider has officially resumed activations for customers nationwide, with Lagos, Abuja, and other high-demand regions at the forefront of this exciting revival,” it added.

Reacting to the announcement, Konga, Starlink’s largest authorised retail partner in Nigeria, said it was excited about the development and reaffirmed its commitment to seamless customer access.

“To make the process even easier for Nigerians, we’re offering free nationwide delivery,” one of the country’s e-commerce giants said.

“Whether customers order online or walk into any of our retail outlets in cities like Asaba, Port Harcourt, Ikeja, Uyo, Owerri, Ibadan, FCT, Warri, Kano, Enugu, or Onitsha, their Starlink kits will be delivered at no extra cost.”
