ehmm,,, the phone don't really has a specific name,, it's called Uniilorin tab...

It should be a MTK8312 device.

Download towelroot and follow the screen instructions to root the device. Internet connection is necessary.

Seems you were downloading applications from sources other than the Playstore. You must have ignorantly installed an app which connects to your Playstore and triggers downloads of useless apps to boost their download ratings.

My only suggestion is to flash a clean ROM and possibly change your Google password.
